This place was so unorganized for my daughters birthday party!! We were rushed when they were the ones not ready at the time of the party! I paid for a closed birthday party and they let the public in. It was a horrible experience and the manager did not want to listen or respect what happened and blamed us for the issues. I will NEVER spend my money at this place again. Save yourself the stress and don't have your child's birthday here!!

I didn't buy the monthly membership because I keep thinking my kids are eventually going to grow tired of the place but oddly they aren't. Very young kids love this place but it's not conveniently located. Nevertheless, if you have kids this place is definitely worth doing at least once. They have numerous inflatable slides and jump rooms to tire out the young ones. There are also many places for adults to sit and relax.

I'm sure there are other places in town that have better customer service. It could be because we're black, but most people won't just come out and say it. Anywho...I took my 4 kids and my little sister just to burn off some energy. It was our first visit and we spent about 2 1/2 hours there. I think the kids had fun. They have inflatables, coloring, baby slides and other little kid toys. The lady who checked us us was very sweet. I wish I would have got her name because she has good customer service skills. They have a little food area with different things like snack, ice cream, coffee, etc. The coffee machine is a self serve kurieg which I didn't know how to work, and there were no instructions. Now, the lady that I asked for help with the coffee machine (a different lady then the person who checked us in) acted like she wasn't sure how to work it, but she did help me. She had a nice nasty attitude when I asked her for help. She said, "so the coffee is for sale.." Really? The prices for all the food items are clearly stated right above the coffee machine. I feel like she tried to insult my intelligence. I let it slide though, really didn't want to cause a scene at a kid place. Long story short my coffee ended up being watery and when I let the same lady know she looked shocked. "Really?" Was her response. I was looking for "I'm sorry ma'am let me get you another one." I had to ask can I please have another. I don't believe she would have proactively. I don't think we're gonna go back. We don't live here in cc but we do visit often. I'm sure I can find somewhere else where my kids have fun and they appreciate your business.

Went once and will never go back!! Staff was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them by showing up to spend my hard earned money for my kids to play. Even worse, I was completely blown away when I mentioned usually going to boing boing bounce(that I was trying this place out for the first time even though it was on the other side of town) and the girl flat out told me they leave bad reviews for them basically out of spite!! She just laughed about it as if I would be impressed. My mind was blown!!!! Never again

Not impressed. Dirty play area and extremely rude attendants. We've held 4 birthday parties there but never again.

Pros, there are about 5-6 inflatable, couches and play area for babies to crawl around. My problems with this place are I bought a FAMILY membership for a year under the the FALSE advetsiement (which by the way is still on groupon today) that there are TWO open location, I called before even purchasing to cinfirm there were two locatuons with different hours so I was sure I'd be able to take advantage of that. Well, whomever I spoke with obviously just wanted us to purchase it (because I made it known i was itnerseted in the family membership) so I spend $200 for the membership which is supposedly a good deal. And call back to see how I redeem it. So I go and get set up only to be told the other location closed. THEN the remaning location open is not even open weeknds or Mondays. If youre going to go with inflatables, go with Boing Boing. They have parties on the weeknds too, but work around and are open some hours on the weeknds. Brinca isn't even opened weekends at all and are now closed Mondays. The workeres at Brunca are nice and lovely, no complaints whatsoever there. But shame on the false advertaising and baiting me on the fact that there was two locations open PRIOR to me purchasing and failing to mention one was closed/closing. I should've be refunded half my "groupon price" just for that fact alone because had I known locations were shutting down when I purchased and I didn't have that option, I wouldve never purchased the family membership

Remodeled and Reinvented! We always loved taking our kids to Brinca, kids always have a blast. We were away for the summer and hadn't been back until this month for a birthday party. WOW! The new owner seems so creative! I was blown away by the decorations for the party and the nice "bar/food" area so you can watch your kids while you sip on some coffee! 5 ! Bravo Brinca!

Horrible customer service!!!! I regret planning my sons birthday party here! When I booked months in advance and was told I could decorate myself and had an okay with a lot of ideas, but now that it's time for his party they back out of what they said was okay! Veronica the manager is so rude. Asked to return my call on several occasions and still no returned call, apparently paying customers are a waste of her time! The only thing that made this experience slightly bearable was the staff who, despite having their hands tied, provided some decency by treating us with courtesy. These staff members admit that Veronica is making these mistakes in service by running her business based on trial and error while the customers suffer. So unprofessional it's okay for occasional jump but NOT for a birthday party! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brinca seems to be more for the younger children, I'd say nine and under. My two cousins were brought to Brinca (ages 10 and 12) and the youngest one had some fun while the older one seemed to stop enjoying himself after 10 minutes. While I do think this place needs to have more things and bounce houses added to it, the cleanliness is what got us. We arrived after toddler hour was over (toddler hour ends at 1pm) and not even 5 minutes after the kids got in there, they came running back to us saying there was urine all over one of the bounce houses. Most of the kids that went in that bounce house came out smelling of and covered in urine. It was disgusting! I believe there should be a 30 minute cleaning period between the different age group times to prevent something like this from happening in the future. This place seemed to be great for kids until we had our experience. Sad to say we will not be returning.
