Bright Beginnings

My son is in the baby roomWith miss Delores and she's great. We love her! If it weren't for her though I feel that we wouldn't take our child here. Every morning that I come in I get zero acknowledgement from the lady at the front desk. I mean literally not a word. I can come in and out, see her talking to literally everyone else, but never speaks to me. This morning I stood at the door and said "bye, thank you!" Three times and was blatantly ignored. Another girl heard me (after slightly yelling the third time) and said "thank you, bye!" With a smile, but still nothing from the front desk lady. It is very frustrating that there isn't even common courtesy given by this person, especially when you see her talking to other people like they're best friends. Is your job not at the VERY LEAST be friendly and say hello or goodbye to the parents that come in and out? I mean you can't even LOOK in my direction when I talk to you. I can't comprehend this. It honestly makes me wonder throughout the day if my son is being treated fairly, being that I feel I am not. She is straight up rude & I would not recommend taking your child here if you would like to be treated like a regular human being when you go in/out. I have been nothing but friendly, courteous and kind... it's just sad that I can't get that same energy back. DO better and BE better.
