Bridge Pointe Landing Apartments

I wish I could give this zero stars....Apartments need a lot of work! Cabinet falling apart, mold, roaches, and to top it off MICE!!! Absolutely disgusting! Please you could find something better than this for the same price or cheaper. Listen I don't usually leave bad reviews like ever! I'm a super nice person and I don't like to be that person that has a problem with everything... I was fine with the place till I saw a mouse in my kitchen! I was disgusted and I had to draw the line. I thought it was just one mouse so my husband set up a trap. We've caught several mice now and we still see some roaming around! They carry so many deadly diseases and they are just straight up gross. I can't even cook in my kitchen now because the thought of it just grosses me out. Truthfully idk what do do to get rid of them. I am literally paranoid. I'm constantly looking around when I walk around the house, opening door terrifies me cause I fear I'll see mice on the other side of the door. I can't sleep cause I'm constantly I fear that they'll clime up my bed or something (idk if they can do that but still terrifying) please please do not stay here! You can find something better I guarantee you! Especially if you have children!

Have videos of mice in the ceilings and walls. We have now caught 3 inside the house. This won't let me post a video. They refuse to help fix ANYTHING. Told JO about the mold in tbe tub due to the guy not properly resealing the tub and the baby having rashes every time she bathes- they literally did nothing and have never come to help in months of telling them. They fix things up when management comes and then when corporate isn't here- they will not help and if you ask for help- you will start to hear the staff just talk shit about you. Complex is full of kids who are bullies. But staff refused to reply to emails- or handle any major issues. I would like to speak to corporate.Had been here 3 years, never paid a day late, never had a violation and they do not care. They only care about putting on a show for corporate and then leave tenants stuck in horrible housing. They also use ready made services to patch up units and then never actually repair them. So when people move out- patched fall off and they try to charge you damages. You will lose GOOD paying tenants bc the office staff treat you like you're worthless. Someone from corporate should really come down and spend a week here, or completely undo the staff. This place needs Samantha back- she was the ONLY one who ever helped.

We applied a few days ago and the process was so easy and fast. The ladies in the office are extremely friendly. Jennifer helped my family and she was so awesome, kind, and answered all of my questions and concerns. If you're in the market for a new place go see Jennifer.

My family and I applied for a 4 bedroom town home 2 weeks ago, our move in date was yesterday 11/30/2023. We traveled 14 hours from Panama City, Florida. Under the impression that our townhome was available and ready to move in. When we arrived, I walked in the lobby, introduced myself, only to be told to take a seat while the leasing agent sat back down to finish her plate of food and to make a phone call. I waited for 20 minutes for her to finish eating before I was helped.Prior to that, I had called the office 4 times since 9am to make sure our keys were ready. I arrived at 3pm. The leasing agent (Sabrina) told me that she had other things she was doing and that we'd talk about it when I got there. I was then told about additional fees that needed to be paid at time of signing, fees that never have been discussed in the two weeks prior. I was told to then make my way over to the unit and wait for the maintenance man Benny, who needs a raise, to come by with the keys. As we walked into the town house, I was absolutely devastated. The townhouse was a mess and totally unsanitary. Trim from the window was falling off the wall, paint splatter and oil buildup on the floors, dried crusted chemicals left on the sink, an opened red bull can sitting in the fridge, bugs crawling out of the freezer, wet paint dripping off the doors and transferring on my hands, water damage along the cabinets in the bath room, corrosion around each corner of the mirrors, lighting fixtures falling apart, a contracted maintenance man pointed out a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, he told me he would cut out a wood panel to GLUE on the existing cabinet door to repair it. At this point I was a loss. The audacity to think that you'd want me to be responsible for the "upkeep" of this unit.I just drove from Florida to south Texas, expecting to have a livable townhome, what am I supposed to do? This is not being high maintenance or difficult, this is absolutely unacceptable, this is completely unprofessional, and just so disrespectful. Please, whatever you DO NOT APPLY HERE, find somewhere else, anywhere else.

Bridgepoint has a lot of roaches and mice's and cabinets falling apart floor tile are lifting up and the worst part there is a lot of hidden fees you pay more than you were told you were going to pay and also there is a lot of molds thing twice before you sign your contract to the devil.

my fathers truck was towed the front office told him his stickers were expired n guessing they called the tow truck makes no sense the tow truck came faster then the work order I placed weeks ago n his tags were expired theirs so many junk cars here and so many people with expired tags...office people can you please worry about fixing up the apartments instead of towing our cars we pay almost 2k in bills n yall seriously gotta tow my fathers truck smh I have mice..mold build up..toilet is not working downstairs toliet is leaking I have mice holes over my apartment n y'all tow a truck...I took pics of peoples car tags that are expired more that 2 years ago a car that doesn't have tags n yall tow us so pathetic

If you don't mind shootings, stabbings, and your car getting broke into regularly, not being able to let your kids play in the park ( my two yr old picked up drugs and brought them to me at the playground), and an office you can never get ahold of, and always adds random charges and when you call to ask what it is they say ignore it, but don't take it off, and you can't pay your rent unless you pay what the full amount they say you owe. lol COME ON IN! ( i have been here since Aug and these are just a few of the things that have been happening. )

This is the worst place to live, and if they don't like you they will makeup stuff just to get to to leave or get you kick out. They are shades peoples don't rent from this company you are better living on the street. They just want your money and they don't care about you. The police is here more then tell should be I'm guessing that one of they employees didn't like them and call the police on them, they might have looked that them wrong so call the police knowing that if they come out it's ground for being kick out. So Please stay was from this place, your kids and family will thank you, go down the street. And I was from out of state just to see my kids.

Pretty sad looking place, I just walked in and could here them talking bad about their residents its kind of sad.

The worst management I have ever experienced. Lived there for a year and it was a year too many. Maintanence was a joke and would show up drunk. Manager was just plane rude. Pool was always nasty and the so-called fitness center was a joke. I would rather live in my truck than to stay there again.
