Brewster Street Icehouse

I came during a happy hour so margeritas were $3. It came frosty and was sweet and tart. Dinner was a big let down. Husband had a burger which looked and tasted generic. My buffalo chicken sandwich was not so great either. Meat tasted like it was a freezer chicken breast. Fries were average fries. At least the portions were big. Overall not really worth paying $12-$14 and I don't think I would come back.

We had a party of 13 tonight. We didn't have a waitress. Not a fan of the food anyways but I got the street tacos. They were extra greasy. Charro beans are 10/10. Walked up to the bar for our drinks. Place wasn't even busy. Someone finally checked on us as we were leaving. I don't come here unless we're invited. Would never recommend this place.

The service was great, but the food wasn't that impressive. I went to Brewsters with a party. The Cucumber Martini was great. I didn't like the ahi tuna. It wasn't cooked correctly. I did love the quesadillas.

That was the worst burger I have had in a long time. It was served cold but fries were warm. Fries were good. Meat was overly done and burnt the cheese was NOT even melted. Bun was toasted but again it tasted like it had been sitting around and not fresh at all. If that was a half pound then I have lost my mind. Way overcooked. If I go back I will be very specific about how it is cooked. Too many young yetnagers standing around with each other and NOT working.

The food is always good here, everyone is pretty nice. If you like chicken fried steak and shrimp I'd definitely come here (: you go up to the register and order your food and there is a waiter who takes your drinks.

Had a great night here! We had a crawfish boil- the crawfish was great, and the fixings were so good! I've coke beer, great service- thank you Brewster for a great night!

Serious sucks food takes forever to come out. Emailed the GM about a pervious visit and never heard back about the situation. So they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction

Visited Brewster Street ice House while in town for the holiday. The service was mediocre and so was the food. There are ample televisions if you want to catch a game. The ambience of the restaurant is very laid back and there is ample seating inside and out (weather permitting). Don't really plan on visiting this location again when I am in town. Would rather go to the downtown location.

Gone down hill a lot in the past few years. Lack of staff you have get your own drinks and get your own utensils. Food is not good. Avoid this place!

Waitress refused to serve water before our meal. Spoke to management and was a waste of time , she explained "Brewsters has the right to refuse water to paying customers." Wow, completely ridiculous!
