Brawner Park Apartments

I love this apartment, quiet and tucked away yet centrally located. The complex itself offered 1 & 2 bedroom units, mine happens to be a 1, it's huge and spacious, laundry room in walking distance. I was iffy on moving in as I had read reviews of its past, HOWEVER, I learned a little before I moved in that the property had just been acquired by its current management team, and I have to say they are amazing! Any maintenance issue I've ever had has been taken care of within 24 hours, it's life things happen, but the management team has always come through. There's no pests, management makes sure to keep the units treated. They keep the grounds clean and cut, & of course it's extremely affordable! Bonus points for the convenience store also in walking distance.

I have lived here for a few months and I completely enjoy it. The property manager is very respectful and responsive. The buildings look good and are centrally located in the city. The rent is fair and the apartments are large. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

This place is great. I just moved in a month ago and my apartment is the nicest place I have ever lived. Everything is new and super nice, super clean, all freshly painted, new tub/shower, I love my wood floors. I even have my own private patio! Neighbors are quiet and plenty of parking in the parking lot. There is a new owner who is doing a lot of upgrades here.
