Avoid this place at all costs! Horrible experience here. The staff is the rudest I've experienced. Groupon was for $31 for a cut. But they add $10 for "new customers" and other hidden fees. I don't mind paying for a good haircuts but they were so unfriendly, rude, and unwelcoming. Couldn't get out of there fast enough! Thank God I didn't stay for my cut. I'm sure I would be regretting it by now. Wish I could give it zero stars. They will tell you not to buy the Groupon but they WILL add on fees. Beware

I just saved myself from a bad experience. Thanks for the post ladies. Will deter anyone from coming here. Apparently the employee that keeps commenting on your posts spends more time responding to posts and making excuses instead of fixing the service that she lacks. So sad - but my bad!!!

I can't speak for everyone but the woman who did my hair was great! I will be going back to see her when I need my highlights touched up :)

This place is still open, not temporarily closed. USE CAUTION BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT HERE WITH BETTY GARZA.After showing up to my appointment for the $69 balayage special I was given a quick consultation without any discussion about the length of my hair or any additional costs that would apply. After the "balayage" highlights were done processing and toner was put on I saw the color didn't turn out the way I wanted. Also the "balayage" looked just like foil highlights. Not a gradual, faded lightening effect the way balayage should look. The stylist Betty mixed two toners together she admitted she never mixed before. Violet and Grey. One is warm toned and one is cool toned therefore they counteract each other. My highlights ended up reddish orange, not plum like I requested. Also, there was a large noticeable stripe down the back middle of my hair I wanted to be blended more. Betty offered to fix it by adding more of the darker color in a foil and let that process. I was asked if I wanted to my hair styled before I left and said yes of course. I didn't want to walk out with sopping wet hair. I was never asked how I liked my color even though I was clearly unhappy. When I went to go checkout I was hit with a huge price of $155. They charged me for an additional "5 inches of hair" for $25. Also, charged me for styling in the amount of $20. A bang trim for $8 which I had no issue with and "KPak color" for $19.99 (the color used to fix the huge stripe in my hair.) After messaging Betty directly in a polite manner, she ignores my message and blocks me on Facebook without a response. I also messaged the salon's page several times and received no response. I decided to call today to speak with Betty on the phone and told her I was unhappy. She offered to have me come in and put direct color on my hair for an additional $70. She explained that she knew it wasn't going to turn out the way I wanted because "toner doesn't do that." I understand the ad only includes TONER, not direct color BUT if it couldn't be done then why take me on as a client and say "that should be easy"? After discussing the additional charges on the phone and not seeming to get anywhere, I tell her I want a refund. She said that was not possible and "they don't do that." She asked if I wanted to make an appointment and I said no. At the point she hung up on me. I am extremely unhappy with how this issue was handled. Completely unprofessional and immature. Hanging up and blocking your unhappy client on Facebook is a juvenile move and I wasn't being rude in the slightest. I've wasted my time and money to just have to color my hair myself in the end. The least she could have done was fixed my hair for free but that was not offered. This is not the way to handle a business and I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed.

I have been here twice for completely different services and was fortunate to have the same patient tech. The first time was from a Groupon for a Diamond Microdermabrasion and it was awesome! The tech went the extra mile with warm towels and the facial that came with the Micro was a full facial, not what I expected. I was so happily surprised! The other service was Brazilian Keratin Complex Treatment and LOVED IT! The tech, Jennifer, explained what she was doing step by step and she had actually had it done just 2 weeks before so I was reassured. My hair is so curly that, even using a chi and blow drying it straight, it always had fluff and frizz.. My level of ability is obviously in question, lol. So, after the treatment they ask you to not get your hair wet or bend it for the first 2-4 days. Except for the humidity and obvious sweating in Texas summer, I followed directions. The first time I washed it was so shocking, took a few minutes to dry, touched the ends for a second and BLAM off I went! amazing!

Very bad experience there... never will i ever go back or recommend anybody there...I paid $175 for something not even close to what i wanted... I asked for black roots with grey hair.. I came out with patches of silver, blonde, light brown & dark brown hair.. It took me 3 yrs to grow out my virgin hair so there was no reason why my hair came out with patches if different color... It was night time when I left the salon so i didn't really notice until the next day... I got bad comments from family and friends..I felt like crying and dying my hair black... I paid way to much for what i got... places like that should not be open to the public... It feels like I was robbed...

First off they made me sign a contract. Already reassuring me that I might not get the result I would like. Never in all my years have I ever gone to a salon where I've had to sign a contract. Salons are there to provide with the result you would like. But in this case I now understand why they made me sign a contract. They completely overprocessed my hair. I asked for a balayage. As I was "processing" the man stylist started dying his own hair right next to me! Unbelievable! Unprofessional! I paid $135 for hair that was overprocessed, orange, and patchiness in my hair. My hair came out completely damaged. Never EVER WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING TO THIS SALON. Maybe if you want your hair ruined.

I got my hair cut there once, the staff was snooty, and rude. I decided that would be the only time I would ever go there. Several months later I received a gift card for a spa treatment, remembering my previous experience there I did not feel comfortable doing that, I went in an asked if I could get the equivalent of what was spent (100.00) with either a hair cut or products. I was told no, it wasn't transferable, and if I didn't use it for what was intended then I couldn't use it. She then told me, "I guess they just wasted their money" my other issue is there is an expiration date on the gift card, money spent for services should not expire! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I feel bad for anyone who wastes their time and money at this salon. They seems to hate their jobs and their customers.
