Border Cafe

This place is exactly what you would expect from a Local Cafe. Sometimes they have the buffet going for lunch. The buffet is alright but nothing to write home about. The food is not bad at all, but nothing is great. Their burgers are always pretty good. Food seems to be made to order and always comes out tasting good. I really enjoy the lunch specials, they are $7.99 and come with a drink and the salad bar. Not bad at all. The service is fast and the waiters are friendly. I've never gotten sick after eating here and I eat here about 3 times a month.

We just ate there yesterday 11-19-16, my wife now has FOOD POISONING!!! Eat here at your own risk! We ate there the night before I took pictures of our food and the restaurant. Everything seemed nice that's why we went back for lunch yesterday. And now my wife is sick.I just call today 11-20-16. I talked to two women that didn't know anything. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner. No one knew when they would be back. "Maybe tomorrow"? So. These people have no accountability? No management? This place needs to be reported to the Health Department! I will be on it first thing Monday!

This is a pretty cool little place, especially on the weekends. I came here one time during the week and it was pretty quiet, but the bartender was really nice. The only thing that irritated me was that the one worker had the jukebox playing and it was too loud to hear anything. Despite this, I decided to give it another try on a weekend. There was a live band on the Saturday that I was there and they were pretty awesome. Mainly rock music, which doesn't bother me at all. It seemed like it was a biker night due to the amount of different MCs there, but all in all, it was pretty chill. I have yet to try the food on the restaurant side, but I plan to next time I come through.

Food might be a little pricey, but it was delicious. Had the Mexican plate, that come with a variety of food, but I got to say that the crunchy tacos were the best!

2 scrambled eggs & 1 huge pancake, ... great price, great service, & great taste. ...Even open on Christmas Day at 7AM, ... Also has buffet Monday - Friday
