The customer service was excellent for me. I came in for FR gear. They have both women and men FR gear. I had no idea, so I had been ordering online. I love the selection of jeans they have as well, so I will be back. I also wanted some boots with jewels on them. I didn't purchase any but they had a great selection. I also purchased clothing. The ladies helped me create an amazing outfit. Lastly, the owner came out and greeted me. I love this! It's important to make everyone feel welcomed. The clothing wasn't too pricey. I will return.

Went in to shop for a new pair of boots. The owner greeted us and answered not only every question I had, but every question I didn't know to ask. After measuring my feet he helped me find an awesome pair of smooth ostrich Tony Lamas. Best customer service experience I've had at any store, not just boot shopping. Then his dog carried my boot care products to my car and dropped them in the back seat for me! Not joking, see the photo. It was awesome, so are my new boots.

When in Texas...you grab yourself a new pair of boots! So glad I found this store. The employees were super helpful and the owner could not have been friendlier. And I can't forget about Lucy, the sweetest golden ever!!

Lance is amazing! My boyfriend and I walked in looking for some unique boots and we left with a couple pairs of boots and some potential custom orders in the near future. Lance walked us through the different types of materials and showed us custom orders. I wish we have something like this back home. Overall fantastic customer service from everyone. Will definitely keep ordering shoes from here.

I went there today to buy my very first boots. Young lady who helped me pick out my boots were so helpful and nice. It's very difficult to find my size since I wear 5 - 5 1/2 but with her help I found the one I loved!!!

This has to be one of the best western wear stores I have experienced in my lifetime and to no surprise it's in Texas. The layout is clean and aesthetically pleasing and it is well run with knowledgeable and very skilled staff. I knew what boots I was looking for and Grace knew exactly what I was talking about and right where to go. Highly recommended for their selection and pricing with a solid customer service experience with people like Grace working there. 10/10 I will be back. Support local and buy local.
