4 stars is very generous, even for Floresville. I guess if you're needing late night munchies after an evening at the bar... I can't fathom these positive reviews sober. Waiting 30" for a $17 meal that's got soggy fries, soggy hot dog with fake cheese, and "tacos" on tortillas fresh-out-of-the-mass-production line-bag left much to be desired... er, regretted. This town makes fresh homemade tortillas on their tacos for $1.50; don't come to this truck expecting any such standards. You just pay twice the price because they're open late.

Went to try the "Birria tacos" and was very disappointed. Didn't receive any cheese on my tacos. I've had Birria before these were nothing like it. Just basic tacos with beef meat. You have to pay extra to add cheese on Birria tacos?! Mind you the prices are really high for what you get. Ordered nachos and they were basic as well. Won't return expected more from a "Mexican food truck" Also the man that was taking my order kept talking about politics. One thing you should never mix together is business and politics. Very unprofessional.

I have yet to have a bad meal or experience. My favorite thing by far is the chicken tacos with onions and cilantro. I had the mini tacos with beef and pork and both were amazing! Price is a little on the high side.

The food here was excellent! My friend and I went around 11PM to enjoy some tacos. I wish I would've gotten asada though, the chicken was amazing still. Bobby was very nice as well, we had a good conversation about cats, the food came out very fast and we had a blast we will be going back!

I've been to several taco places and this place by FAR is my favorite place to get tacos!!! Highly recommend their Al Pastor and Birria mini tacos! My husband is so picky at restaurants but absolutely loves Bobby's! You wont be disappointed
