How long has it been since you've had a bologna sandwich that's right I sent bologna. What a fantastic shop to have something that I haven't had in a long time. Takes me right back to childhood.Oh yeah, and this is a meat market! Not just any meat market, but a really amazing one. Of all the classics plus some that I have not heard of, but have taken home and tried the recommendation of the butcher. Wow! Was I hit with the family !Take the time to head down staples It will definitely be worth your while.

By far the best meat market in Corpus. Unique cuts of beef, delicious marinated and stuffed chicken options and their Wursts are amazing. Lunch menu isn't huge but has a little bit of everything. You can't beat their burger or cheesesteaks. The owners did a great job restoring the building and are always there to help!

Excellent full service butcher shop. Service is stellar! This business is deep into LOCAL! They carry many products by other local business such as condiments, dairy, snacks, and baked goods. Do not miss their amazing brat lunch boxes (with in-house made sausage). Parking is a little tricky, but if you know your vehicle you are good.

This is a true 5-star. Fantastic meat. Try the Wagyu beef cut for fajitas if you can get it. It melts. Truly awesome. Also good sausage. And great customer service. Just ask and they'll get it for you. This is leaps and bounds above what H‑E‑B is offering. Not even in the same realm. If you love meat, cooking, grilling, go here. Definitely worth the extra stop.

This store is unique in good quality. It offers excellent cuts of meat at very reasonably low prices. The staff is friendly and makes it a joy to shop there. It has recently begun offering lunch sandwiches that are also great.

The quality of meats is the best I've had in the coastal bend! The level of service makes you feel comfortable immediately, walking you through any questions you have and their expertise in recommending what you may like. They also have many affordable cuts and unique meats (try the Denver cut steak, New York strip, and jalapeño cheese sausage). We won't go anywhere else. Locally owned, locally sourced, fresh cut meat... do yourself a favor and try it!
