Service writer did his job. Service took close to 3 hours versus the 1 hour I was initially told. No explanation given. But the service was good.

This dealership sales team is incompetent in everyway. After waiting hours for a response from their website, "contact us" I reached out to the dealership myself. Made an offer and was told they only accept in house financing (practice being monitored heavily by Texas Consumer Credit). Even with this practice I agreed to their terms but they refused to hold the car until I booked a flight. Once I booked my flight they told me they were holding the car for another customer so it was not available for sale. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a luxury brand dealership. If you're accustomed to a more professional experience I'd steer clear of this location. It's hard to believe the owner formally worked for Sewell of DFW or any reputable branded dealership for that matter.

I sent my car in for some multiple repairs of different issues that I was having. I had my door worked on because the locking mechanism was broken. It cost $1,200 and when It was returned there was a pinch (Clinch/fold) on the corner and the cover slide was broken where the adapter and drinks go, and a piece of the trim from underneath the driver's seat as well. When I brought it to there attention they took no accountability for how they handled my car. Not to mention that I have a gps tracking device in my car and they were driving my car at the speed of 98 mph. They denied everything even when I showed them the activity that was recorded. In turn they fixed the slide cover where the drink holder goes and was told that they would do a showroom detail on my car. Needless to say it wasn't and nor was other things fixed. This past November and December my car was back at the shop for some major maintenance to be done like tension struts, cv joints, bushings, upper struts, strut mount, head gasket, and some other things. When I got it back I was driving home and heard some squeaking noises and called them immediately to inform them. They set appointment for me to take it back in to have it looked at and was given a loaner. When I took it in I addressed that every time I was locking and unlocking the door it sounded as if it sticking and the leather being pinched that if they can fix the fold. Now, every single time I have dropped off my vehicle they usually preform a video inspection of inside/outside of the vehicle. It wasn't done. The loaner car was the only video inspection done. When they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I told them that my that whoever worked on my car did not put back the door correctly and that I wanted to speak to the technician. They went to the shop came came back and told me that he would be right with you in just a second. I waited 40 minutes and told them that I was going to leave my car there to call me when they were ready to speak with me and go o. A test drive with me. They called me the next day towards the end of their day and I was threatened that if I didn't return the loaner that they were going to charge me rental fees and I told them that the loaner was issued to me until they were done with my car. Then was threatened again that if I didn't return the car that they would be sending law enforcement. I expressed to them if my car was fixed they said yes and I told them I was headed back over there. When I got there every single employee came out as if I was there to do some kind of harm. It was very ridiculous. I pointed out all the issues and when I got to the door panel the pinch/fold of the vinyl/leather was now torn and the door was still in the same condition if not worse. The technician and myself went on a test drive and of course, my luck no sound of any kind was it making. During the time the technician did say; "we need to fix the door" . When we returned back to BMW I asked if they were going to fix the door panel and I was told that they make sure if the car was brought in that way. This really getting ridiculous here. They needed to look at the video inspection but it was going to take a business day to upload the video before they can do anything. Now, I been buying BMW's for many years. I have owned the 750Li series to z4 roadster M series to the X5. Now, at some point, Everyone who's owned a BMW knows that BMW's are very good vehicles and is not cheap. In past year I have paid right at $13,000 you would think a customer like that would be treated with a little bit more respect and dignity. They lack etiquette. I rated them a 1 star because there's option given to rate them a zero. So I am rating them a Zero 0. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! What BMW WAS ONCE 10 years ago is NO LONGER BMW!

I've had my BMW since 2018 and I love it. The device at this dealership, however, is terrible. I've taken my car in multiple times and every single time they don't know what device I booked online, they add extra charges without telling me, and one time they even booked me on a HOLIDAY unbeknownst to me. I only found out because I called the day prior to make sure everything was taken care of - I got in the habit of doing this since they never seem to know what's going on. I had to cancel the appt and reschedule for the next available date which was over a month out! Another time they forgot to pick me up and I had to call to get a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. AND they failed to any services at this same appt. Since then my fiancée has Googled how to do these services. I hate this dealership and cannot wait to trade in my vehicle so I don't have to deal with them anymore

What can I say today was a great day!!! I called Principle BMW to make an appointment for my car and the receptionist that answered (Vera) was in great spirits which made it easy for me to talk to. She was knowledgeable about my car and understood what I needed and set me right up with my appointment. When I entered the dealership to introduce myself and told her about my car she called me by my name which doesn't happen normally when you enter a dealership. I was happy she remembered. She was kind, always smiled and best of all her character was infectious. Next I moved on to service John was on point with my car he explained in detail the process and cost and had a great attitude. While waiting I had some questions about some parts and spoke to Rocky. Wow this guy new what I was looking for with me just trying to explain what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and also patient. I also had a chance to talk to a salesman named Sam that just stoped to make sure we were fine and asked if we needed anything. Before I left I spoke to the GM Aaron which was available as soon as I asked for him to let him know about my experience and he too was very kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Principle for making things easy and comfortable.

Wish I could give less then Zero stars.I would not take my car here or buy here even If I broke down next to it.I bought a car on Jun 08 2022. Paid 10,000 financed the rest. After 4 weeks, I inquired about my plates. Sells person said I should go down to the county. I said I paid for them here so they should find out about my plates. Then he said that they might be lost in the mail. 6 weeks no plates. Told they were having trouble getting the title. So registration paperwork was never submitted. 8 weeks still no resolution. The manager Mike is handling the issue. I got new temp tags for a month.10 weeks Mike doesn't respond to calls or messages. Still no plates. Title still missing. Registration has not requested.12 weeks ,Now, Lee, another manager responds to a message. Still nothing is done. Temp tags run out tomorrow.How unprofessional can this company get?If you are thinking of buying look at the 1 stars here and on Google. The general manager sure apologizes a lot but never says he will correct the issues.
