Bluffalo Wings

Bluffalo Wings has been on and off my radar for years now. When I first moved back here, they were located in Flour Bluff (hence the name). They have since relocated to Corpus' Southside off of Yorktown, and have subsequently closed the former location.It's a great open-air sports bar, with good American bar food. They also have a plethora of draught beer, which is another reason why I believe they are so popular.The management and staff appear to be on top of things. Most of the service staff are young adults (I assume university students) who appear to have found a niche that suits them.One of the reasons I've been frequenting them so much recently is their burgers. You can customize them to your liking, and they are actually really good. Like many places I return to often, the servers have grown accustomed to my ordering habits, and it is now a flawless exercise. Easy peasy!This place may or may not be worth going out of your way to visit if you are a visitor here, but if you live near or around the Southside, it is definitely worth your time and money, IMO.

If you are coming here for Wings, beer, solid atmosphere, you will not leave disappointed. BEST wings in town, if anyone says otherwise they are lying. Fried Mushrooms are amazing, awesome beer selection. No problem ever with service either. My Go-To spot for some good wings & beer

Love the Jackie Chan wings, fried mushrooms, and pork belly bites. Service is mostly good. Last time I was there, they were out of ice tea and lemonade. It was supposed to be refilled but it never happened! I had to settle for a soda, which I don't normally drink. Love all the different sports games on different tvs.

I've been coming here for a couple years and it's never been perfect but good enough for a local wings/beer spot in the neighborhood. This place shouldn't be open for business today. Among other struggles:AC has been out for over a month.Kitchen alarm is going off, nonstop beeping.3 TV's behind bar not working.Server is openly complaining to customers and bad-mouthing business - not her fault, she deserves better treatment.Out of Miller Lite bottles and Miller draft - I hate this swill but it's popular here.I would not trust any food here right now. Seems risky.This place struggled when it was fully functional, it's worse every time I come here.I won't come back. Bummer cause the seating at the bar is great and the girls are friendly.

First time there and best burger I've ever had. It was called a Knolle melt burger. It had panela cheese, caramelized onions, thousand island dressing on Texas toast and we had there garlic fries which also highly recommended. Go and try , you won't be disappointed

Came on Sunday at noon. Service was excellent. We sat outside with our pups. Outside is very nice. Unfortunately our wings were awful. Very dry, small & overcooked. Door to outside was locked. No trash can liner. Mushrooms were good hamburger was good but greasy. We ended up pulling the meat (what little there was) and giving it to the pups. Split the burger, would give them another try and get boneless wings.

Ordered some chicken strips for the football game last night. The sauces were delicious and the staff very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the chicken strips were really small. Not worth the cost but still delicious. Hope they reconsider the size of the strips going forward. Other than that a great place to have a cold one and watch sports!!

For paying $30 for only two things they could at least read the ticket. I asked for spicy ranch wet and got dry wings barely any seasoning and they forgot to add ranch to my order.

Food was 11/10, service was even better!! Loved the vibe. The new owner obviously put a lot of love into ensuring the best experience(he's cute too). Will definitely go again!I also think he may have overheard me saying how much I love celery lol

Great service, awesome beer menu, AMAZING food and an all over cool vibe. Outside patio is new looking and has more potential. Will keep coming.
