From our recent experience with Blue Compass in Rockport, take my advice and DO NOT let them work on your RV. It took them over 100 days to fix our RV and there were other customers that had been there 4-5 months ahead of us. While our RV was there at least 4 employees quit and 3 were fired. That we know of. This means that one tech may start work on your RV and someone else that may or may not be qualified will put it back together.We did find that most of the employees generally desired a good relationship with customers, but the management was atrocious. I requested that the service manager Chris K. call me and I'm still waiting for that call. Our experience was so frustrating that after 3 years of RV'ing we decided to sell the RV. Yes, it was that bad. This brought us into contact with the General Manger Russell S. whom we inquired about selling or consigning our RV with Blue Compass. After this interaction I wouldn't have sold my RV to them if they had offered full retail value and that's why we drove all the way to Houston and sold it there.During this process I encountered several other locals that also had a negative experience with Blue Compass, Rockport, so I don't think it was just us. So, if you're getting repairs or even buying, my recommendation is to go someplace else. It is my understanding that Russell S. is the manager of the Corpus Christi store too, so it may be just as bad there.

We shopped here when it was ExploreUSA for an RV. We liked our salesperson Jan Goldstein. He was knowledgeable and helpful. But ExploreUSA didn't just sell it for the stated price. They tacked on the freight charge THEY PAY to get the trailer to them and an inspection fee as well as the usual TTL. So the price customers pay was thousands more than the sale price. No thanks. We drove 5 hours to buy our TT from a straightforward dealer. We paid stated price plus TTL. No hidden charges. Two stars for a good selection of travel trailers and a helpful salesperson. I hope the new owner reads this and does things differently because of it.

Extremely rude salesman. Only came out to yell at us for walking towards the service department. Was unwilling to speak to us and just told us he couldn't speak to us about the RVs and walked back inside. Would not recommend buying from this place.

Dave Spoonemore is a great guy to work with, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. This place has expanded tremendously in the last year since being bought out. They are overwhelmed with work and struggling to keep up with demand in the service area.

I am so grateful for the amazing deal and service I received here. Addison was great, service department was awesome. I will be a long time customer for sure. They even took the time to come out to me to help me learn about my new purchase. Best customer service ever. Thank you all. I would never recommend Blue Compass RV Corpus Christi/Robstown. I bought a 2022 brand new and have had so many problems. The Service department is horrible. They can't seem to fix the things that are wrong, even though it's all under warranty. Both times we pulled the RV for a vacation, we ended up staying in a hotel due to heater not working, water running on floor from shower and water not getting hot. There are a lot of other reviews that report excessive problems with the service department and encountered problems with new RV's bought from this dealership

Bought a brand new Winnebago and had a few things wrong with it, so I notified the office several times both me and my husband but they never did anything about it or even returned our calls, I think its been a good 6 months since we bought this RV and still no returned calls or any help....Guess I'll have to wait till my 1 year manufactory warranty ends so I can use my extended warranty. Customer service here is not good and I do not recommend this place..

We were just starting the process of looking for a fifth wheel and saw ExploreUSA had some models we wanted to see. Our salesman Steve Guerra did a great job of showing us what we wanted to see along with some rigs he felt might be of interest. He had great knowledge of the different brands, good along with the bad. We appreciated his relaxed friendly approach and his depth of knowledge! My husband and I both said Steve is someone we'd do business with!

Absolutely absurd that this place is still in business. Brought my travel trailer in for a leaking roof and they let it sit uncovered for weeks in the spring rains. Ruined ceiling, bed, cabinets, walls, and light fixtures not to mention the mold that's growing throughout. They assumed zero responsibility. They bent the tongue jack when I went to pick it up because they drug it on the ground, if I had not been standing there they probably would not have fixed it either. My recommendation is go anywhere but here. Also, check their bbb rating.
