I received flowers from this shop and my husband said, they don't look nothing like the online picture! It's so sad how they charge so much for a low quality product. UPDATE: They made it right and refunded my husband

First florist I've come across that seems to go the extra mile, making sure you're getting a great arraignment instead of setting a limit of what you've paid for. I hardly leave reviews but felt compelled to give kudos when business truly deserve it. Thank you for the funeral arraignment you've put together, it exceeded expectations.

Last minute order today at 12:48PM on a Saturday for a delivery by 4:30PM in Port Aransas, Blossom Shop knocked it out of the park!!The arrangement was at least 2 to 2 1/2 feet tall and full of roses and lilies, as requested. Arrangement was delivered at 3:45PM. Unbelievable!Incredible customer service and a great price!!We're putting the word out in Port A.Thank you so much, I wish we could give you 10+ stars!!!

Nothing like the picture- I ordered a 300 dollar bouquet and it looked like this the first time. AC Gil was extremely rude on the phone and in his own words " a smart alec". He kept saying "it was pretty" but it wasn't anything like the lavish bouquet I had ordered for my sister. He finally said he would have them redo the bouquet and deliver it tomorrow after I kept saying that it doesn't look anything like the picture I had ordered and was very sparse. He made me feel embarrassed and small. The florist who did the next bouquet was Sandra and she was very nice and made something similar to the picture. AC's behavior and customer service has made me swear I won't order from them again.

Ordered flowers and received something completely different from what I ordered. I was hoping to surprise my mother for her birthday. My selection was based off my mom's favorite color, blue. Instead I got a plain vase and mostly white flowers. I called to see what happened and the girl I spoke to said that they were out of the vase AND flowers that I ordered. I did not receive any kind of call or email to ask if I would like something different. They just decided to send whatever they wanted. When I asked for a refund, she said she would take my name and number down and the owner would call me back. No one ever contacted me.

Update: contacted card services to dispute the charge and won. If you look at the heb picture- you'll see it's basically the same orchid they sent. I followed up with this for months because the owner was so rude and disrespectful. Before he hung up he said, "God bless you".So guess what, I was refunded so GOD BLESS YOU!

I'm in CC on a project. My wife came down for her birthday. I called Blossom Florist and asked them to put something together And deliver it to my wife. Gre

I ordered flowers for my first marriage anniversary. The arrangement was nice but they failed to deliver the flowers on my anniversary. I then get called the next day to say they're at my house with no warning or apology for an over 24 hour late delivery. Because it's now a work day, I go to the shop to pick them up. Despite blowing my anniversary and my coming to pick up the flowers, there was no offer of a refund or no apology for making my wife miss out on her anniversary flowers. Unprofessional behavior and I'll never order from them again.
