nahhh gave them a chance but almost got my toe cut off with the metal UV light and paid $50 for my toes to look like red skittles just go to stars and stripes

Came here on September 6,2019. I pulled up at about 9:08am (it said they opened online at 9:00am) the nail tech was running in late and there were already a few others waiting in the parking lot to also get their nails done. Once inside, everything was handled very professionally and promptly despite the pressure she was under. The male nail tech who did my manicure was amazing! He messed up on part of the gel application and fixed it without me even commenting on it (I probably wouldn't have even noticed) I got a basic gel manicure and regular polish pedicure and the total was $50. Great prices and they stay busy because they are the best service in Portland!

Took 2 hrs 15 min for a 1 hr pink/glitter (cut tip technique)not dipped. Nice staff who took time to do the cut tip technique I requested and still charged the $50 price they charge for the dipped technique which I appreciate since she had to spend more time on doing it right. ( I don't like the look of the dipped technique. It looks sloppy and wavy). Neg: They should have used darker pink for the nail bed so you couldn't see flaws like bubbles or lines in the powder gel but next time I'll know to request it. They were very willing to spend time doing it to my specifications. It wasn't the stylists usual technique so all considered I'd go back and I would recommend them.I believe that is you asked for something they do daily you'd rate them a 5 star.

Went today with my aunt to get our nails done; and we had a great experience. The staff was really friendly, they took the time to perfect our nails. Even though the location is an hour away from where I live; I will definitely be back.

Stopped in here when in town on vacation. Due to the reviews maybe I had higher expectations. Staff was friendly, although some didn't speak any english (vietnamese), so my mom had some issues communicating. Service was good, but prices where a bit high for what you get. Not bad, but not excellent either. Just your average nail salon.

I'm in the area visiting and was happy to find this place was open later--they even gave me a mani-pedi so close to closing time and the best part is it wasn't rushed at all. They did a great job, I am very happy! The place is clean, nice and welcoming, and they use liners for their pedi sinks. Next time I'm in town and need my nails done, I'll be coming back here for sure.

Vincent was super attentive to what I wanted on my nails, and super careful and checked in with me throughout to be sure I loved it. He was awesome!! However, I went in wanting an SNS manicure, and I definitely only got the SNS part without the manicure. Only received cuticle oil at the end...was my first time here so not sure if that's a manicure there. Felt as if I was charged for the manicure part even thought I felt as if I got SNS only. But that's my only complaint.

The opening hours should be changed!!! it's obvious who ever opens can not be on time as schedule to open at 9:00am... and it's really unprofessional to continue promoting those hours and not honor them

Went here a few days after I went to another spa. I had a great pedi. It was relaxing and my feet felt amazing after.

I really like Bliss Nails and have never had a bad experience until last week when I went to get a fill. The lady that did my fill advised me that I needed my nails cut down, didn't ask me if I wanted them cut down told me. I told her ok just a lil. Well I'm guess she doesn't know what a lil is. She cut my nails down to where "My" nails where. Mind you I had had my nails done 3 weeks earlier and loved them do to the great job that was done. We couldn't find the powder that matched the color that I had so I had to go with another color that I absolutely loved. Well then she started cut my nails at the bottom and when I asked what she was doing she said my nails were lifting and started pulling the acrylic off the bottom which mind you my nails were not lifting. With that being said when she did my nails and added the powder that did not match the color I had was lighter so you can see where she cut my nails at the bottom. Very very shitty job. When I said something to her about how short my nails were she proceeded to advise me that I told her to cut them short. Which I did not. She was very rude. Worst experience ever after going there for more over 10 years. Sorry this is so long.
