Blanco Brew

Rode in on a frosty morning. Though I was still getting the feeling back in my lips to try and request my order, I wasn't made fun of with my new found accent. Small wait. Quick turnover. Delish and smooth taste to my macchiato. Requested my danish hot. Oowoo did those blueberries add a nice pop to my morning. Atmosphere was cozy, calm and allowed for contemplation and reflection. What a wonderful morning at blanco brew. Can't wait to explore the rest of the danish flavors they have available.

Food: ok, frittata was a little spongy, would not order againService: staff were friendly, helpful. Overall a good cup of coffee; however, my order was not right initially--syrup was not added and there was some confusion on my order. I would give them another chance.

Good local coffee and morning treat with friendly staff. We recommend if you need a morning pick me up and a small bite to start the day.

Came here with my bf to start our day trip, and at 11am, the store was out of almost every pastry and deli item that is alleged to be offered on the menu. When I asked the barista if they could make something if we ordered it, she said no if it was not in the pastry case, they will not be making it. Decent coffee but don't come here if you're hungry!

It is refreshing to find this coffee shop in Wimberley, TX. As we walked in, it seemed to be very similar to a StarbucksVery friendly staff (barista) doing it all. Our coffee's were prepared to perfection!They have free WiFi that works very well. Pastries are similar to those you'll find in most coffee shops. I had a lemon blueberry muffin (not as good as I expected). It seemed pre made from box, and not aThe ambiance is accommodating and clean.A shoutout to Blanco Brew! Thank you!

First impressions of this coffee shoppe is the warmth it brings in the cool morning. Walking in you are greeted with the smell of fresh baked goods and espresso. I ordered a lavender latter (Medium 16oz) and my wife ordered the 'mellow man' which is toasted marshmallow, hazelnut and vanilla. The coffee was smooth and very rich in flavor. Great way to start the day or place to go to study.Although the latte was good, I wish they made their own syrups for their drinks. I think that would take this place to the next level. The service was good, the female who took our order was informative, kind and gave great recommendations. If this place is always as busy as it was today, I was suggest getting a bigger espresso machine to be more efficient with their product.More of a preference, but, it would be fun to see some latte art. Overall good experience.

Had a great experience at blanco. The staff member was great. She listened, was delightful to work with and was super patient. The food was yummy! We had the quiche and chia seed pudding. We'd stop here again without thought.

The cold brew is LEGIT. The staff is warm and inviting-not fake. At all. We come here every time we visit Wimberley. .

Great Coffee and a Fun StopFood: The food here is good and the coffee is better. I enjoy the Tux Mocha and a quiche. Service: Staff are always nice and understanding. Plus they work really fast. Ambiance: Great spot to stretch your legs or sit and work on your computer. Every first Sunday of the month you can catch a fun cars and coffee car meet. Enjoy

I've been living in Wimberley since I was born. I've seen multiple businesses here at this location growing up. it used to be Maoi Waoi, then it was coffee shop, then it finally became the Blanco Brew.This place is in better hands than it's ever been. Coffee's good. Workers are chill. I can relax and do some stuff here like meet up with old friends or do some studying for college. The place is clean and kept up. I've been coming for a couple of years now, and they do a neat point card where you can get a discount on your 10th cup, which is a nice incentive for keeping up with doing business with them.If you're in town to meet up folks, or to find a casual spot to study, work, etc. I recommend this place. It definitely competes pretty well against other coffee spots.
