Black Tie Roses

Don't know who the older delivery lady is, but she came into our business arguing with a manager and telling people in the lobby she is a terrible person. Adding a star only because it's making me put one. Never use this florist.

Not impressed. With so many other places to choose from I won't be returning here. Extremely unprofessional. Over priced for under par product. Absolutely terrible experience with this business.

Black tie roses made my day. I love to have flowers to brighten my day. I couldn't find any arrangements at my local market so I called and in 20 min she created something so beautiful

This is the fourth time that I have ordered a flower arrangement from "Black Tie" and every time they have exceeded my expectations. I have to give them extra credit, I'm always calling last minute and every time they have delivered an outstanding arrangement.

Kimberly was excellent! She answered my first call then sent me selection of plants and offered to send a copy prior to delivery. It was a same day delivery! Great fast service easy service !

The most unorganized, rude, unprofessional florist I have ever delt with. The flowers were wilting by the time we picked them up. Her husband was nice. She should let him deal with the customers. I would not recommend.

This place was amazing! My dad ordered flowers for my birthday and they were beautiful! He wanted 37 roses and they did everything he asked for and more! They came in a beautiful glass fish bowl vase! The lady who delivered them was so sweet! She even offered to take a picture of me with them to send to my dad! She Also told me to fill it up when I got home because she keep some water out otherwise it would of been extremely heavy for me to lift! I would say it was At less 30 lbs after I filled it up. So sweet! Never had such a beautiful bouquet of flowers in my life! If ever I have to order flowers this will be my place!
