Oh yummy! I have been looking for good birria in Corpus and this food truck has it! They have a nice variety of birria options and also ceviche! I ordere a birria torta and a birria fries. Both were a big size, came with consume, and were delicious. Maybe the consume was a little watery but other than that everything was good. The guys working the truck had great personality and were a lot of fun. I'll come back again for sure!

Absolutely amazing food! If you are a foodie and love to eat off the beaten path and try something new this is your place! Birrieria Torta, Aguachiles and the Birrieria Ramen were all 12/10!!! Service was wonderful, they were happy to explain what things were to us if we had questions and the food came out super fast!

Would recommend trying everything on their menu!! Service is great and the ambiance is very welcoming. I usually order a Birria Torta every time I go! They are relocating to San Antonio and will be greatly missed in Corpus Christi!!!

Please note that this is a food truck and the location changes! I would recommend googling to ensure you know the appropriate location before going! We ordered the Birria mini tacos and quesitacos for our meals with a side of consome for dipping. Everything was really good but the ceviche mango was absolutely delicious! It was fresh and tasty and came with large tostado shells. The food was delicious, authentic and came out within 10 minutes of ordering on a pretty busy Saturday. Overall, everything was really good and I would highly recommend.
