Billy's Grille & Bar

The service is terrible! We ordered movie tickets online. Approached a woman at the bar by the bowling alley who was rude. We were able to get our tickets printed at the concessions. Great movie. My date's "reclining" chair did not work. After the movie we decided to eat at Billy's where we waited by the podium for a while. No one greeted us. I walked up to the bar tender and asked if we needed to wait to be seated. He said no sit wherever you want. We sat and waited. Finally someone brought us a menu. He said he would be right back. He never came back. A girl came up and took out drink order. She brought my date a beer and 20 minutes later I had to ask for my drink again. We ordered an appetizer which we had to ask for again. The chips tasted old and the salsa tasted like it has basil in it?? Odd. The chicken in my wrap was so rubbery it tasted microwaved. The place wasn't very busy at all. Only 5 tables which includes us. We waited almost an hour before I got a chicken wrap and he got a burger. Ridiculous! I will not eat here again! The sweet potato fries are good!

The service is always slow. The food was great when they first opened, but has gone downhill since. The environment is nice.

We have heard a lot of talk about this place and decided to try it out. The craft beer menu is amazing with over 80 choices. Most were canned, but we don't have a problem with that. Our waiter was very attentive and responded quickly. I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a sandwich. It seemed to take quite a while for food to be prepared, and there were only about 3 other tables with people dining. The wait wasn't horrible, as we had no place else to go....just glad we didn't have movie tickets! I would give the food and our server five stars. My salad was fresh, huge and delicious. My husband loved his sandwich but said the fries were greasy and limp. I noticed on the way home that I was charged $3 more for my salad than listed on the menu. If you increase prices, your menu should reflect the change; the on-line menu as well.

Kitchen staff needs to get it together. No ranch on a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and they put mushrooms on a philly when told NO mushrooms. $3 cokes and being charged for a side of ranch is a turn off... But I'd still rate it better than Chili's...

The service is slow and needs a lot of work in the service area. The bus boy came to our table more than the server did. Food was okay. Cheese sticks were over cooked. Our drinks stayed empty far too long. This place has potential they just need to work on there service and the time it takes for food to arrive especially when it's not even busy. I was not impressed with anything but the design and decor.

Came to experience Billy's since it opened on June 1st 2017.*Sliders/fries- Sliders were ok, 2star. Fries delicious double fried.*Pizza- sauce too sweet, bread good. Overall 3 stars. *Mac&cheese- disgusting, weird taste in it tasted sweet like caramel popcorn. *Spicy Fried Pickles-pretty good.*Drinks:*ok*Sprite- was flat, returned and went with water. *Moscow mule- on the drink menu it says it's served in a copper cup but was served in a metal cup. Outside of that the drink was delicious. *Asked to have the World Series put on a tv, The manager came back to inform us that the game was delayed due to weather. *Our waitress Jasmin followed up on us and was very attentive. She gets 3.5 stars. Overall we felt the prices were reasonable!

Update my husband told the waitress to cancel our order he was up there for more than an hour our order was two Togo burgers he asked where the food was she said the kitchen was backed up and after he said cancel it she magically appeared with our food and he left. Whataburger on a Saturday night at 2 AM on a holiday would have been faster than this.... It gets two stars because the drink and bartenders are amazing me and my husband are somewhat of regulars getting a drink is no problem but when it comes to food it takes at least 30 minutes to an hour to come out even on a slow day I think that's is absolutely ridiculous a burger should not take an hour to come out unless they are hand making the ground beef for every order and I highly doubt that is that case.

Chicken fried steak was large and delicious. Good beer selection as well, came in a cold glass.

I was just there, my son and I got wings, a burger, and a chicken Caesar salad. My son said his burger was bland. My salad was horrible. The Romain was wilted and had brown spots, the grilled chicken was burnt, and there was a bug crawling on my food. I took 4 bites of salad before I found the bug. That was all I could eat. I told the waitress about the bug and the rest of the problem. Even showed her said bug. I was still charged for the salad. Poor food and service all around.

I really wanted the southwest egg rolls, they were out. I ordered a chicken and shrimp fajita. My husband had a burger and our nephew had the pork chop. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, 30 minutes for our food. There was no knife with my silverware and no plate came with my food. When I asked for salsa and avocado, the salsa arrived a few minutes later with no avocado. When I asked again for avocado I was told I'll ask again. I did finally get 1/4 of an avocado, but by then my food was just about cold. And did I mention that when we arrived we were the 4th table seated? Nobody was seated outside. With the place just about empty you would think they could do better than that. I'd hate to see service here with a full dining room and full outside as well.
