Billy Bob’s Hamburgers

Order the avocado burger, the bread is soft and buttery, nice crisp lettuce, tomato and cheese and plenty of avocado. The beef patty was a little salty, however it did balance out well with the other ingredients. I did not care for the crinkled French fries they were cold and tasted freezer burnt. There was no one there when we arrived. Cashier was friendly our food came out pretty quick. Restaurant was clean and the music was not too loud. They had very clean restrooms.

You never know what you're going to get in a small town. Being that Uvalde doesn't have much (I'm a big city girl) Billy Bob's is on one of the main streets, so I figured what the heck! Boy, I'm glad I took a chance. I ordered through the drive-thru and it took a while to get my order, but as it should. - everything seemed to be made fresh the burger and onion rings were 100% delish! Totally hit the spot. They have burgers, chicken options, fish options, kids meals. If you're in the area, passing through or whatever - give them a shot!

Great classic menu! Be aware that the burgers are huge and delicious. And with a name like Billy Bob's how can you go wrong?

I decided to try this place on the way to Del Rio because I've seen a few of them while I was driving. I ordered the burger along with a bottle of water. These burgers are very very salty and have a unique texture to them. Just another fast food place.

Passing through, I should've kept driving right past this spot! It takes a good 30-45 minutes in the drive thru, you'd think you were getting a quality meal. Think again, specifically asked for no onions and no pickles on the burgers, I must have been talking to myself! A big freaking glob of mayonnaise with no lettuce on one burger and no tomatoes on the other! Ordered a side of onion rings, nowhere to be found. I was so irritated that I didn't feel like turning back and talking to the manager! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra block down to WHATABURGER!!!!

Super clean and cute!! Very nice staff and amazing food. I ate the Coyote special and it was phenomenal. Onion rings are on point
