Wow. Blown away by the excellent customer service of this place. Went in for an oil change, and they did a free courtesy check on my tires and alerted me to a potentially serious issue with one of them. Also, I had been having issues with my AC and asked about a diagnosis, since they also provide that service. I told them what was wrong with it (vacuum hose detached and AC blowing from defrost vent), and they did a check, and literally fixed it for just about free. The pricing was more than fair, and the wait time was very reasonable. Thanks, Big O, you've earned a customer for life!

Thomas Duque was kind and very helpful, the owner/boss/manager whoever was not so much... You watched me come in twice yesterday and wait as long as I could before having to go... I naively thought that I would be worked back in since you knew and I heard Thomas explain to you... I'm sorry I can't wait all day-I didn't mind coming back but I was shown no courtesy by you when I came back in this morning... I heard you blow Thomas off when my van was brought up... What a jerk! In the course of two days I spent over 4 hours of my life in your waiting area with nothing to show for it! I really hope my tires don't blow out driving my kids around because I was not important enough of a customer to you! I wish I had the luxury of a second vehicle or another person to drop me off but alas, my children 14 and under are just no help with that!

I took my car in for a flat, and they put my spare on. Instead of telling me I had warranty and they could have put me in a new tire for some much. Then they took my belongings out of the back seat (backpack) and handed it to me saying "I don't want to be responsible for anything lost or stolen" when that never crossed my mind. Later on I realize some of my stuff missing from my backpack. They stole my Apple Watch, my new wall adapter and wire charger. Make sure you don't leave anything valuable in your car cause they have sticky fingers. They're all about trust and that is why I would go as a loyal customer. Not anymore thou, never did I think this would happen. I'm so heart broken. This is sad.

Big O Tires is within walking distance of my house and easily the best shop in Calallen. The customer service is top notch and they don't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need. The prices are reasonable as well. If you want an honest shop that will remember your name, shake your hand and thank you for your business this is the place.

At least one blatantly dishonest employee. I went in for alignment, and a tire separated on the way in. I am 150mi from home, and there is no other tire shop open. Despite me openly worrying about price and being a disabled veteran on a fixed income, the employee lies and says all 4 tires separated to get me to do a full replacement, rather than the two tire replacement (maintain even wear between left and right sides of the vehicle.)The manager then tries to say I can't prove the tires weren't separated because they aren't on a rim anymore. I told him the Discount Auto I bought the original set of tires from put them on rims to check them, and found that only one tire had separated. This call was while I was in the discount tires and the second tire had already come back as not separated.He puts me on hold, then comes back and says his employee claims he told me only one tire was separated and I told them to replace all 4 tires, anyway. Even though my wife is a witness that they said all 4 were separated.I believe the fact that I remembered the Discount tire warranty is the only reason I discovered this I will call corporate Big O when they open on Monday, and if they do not resolve this in the manner that is fair and reasonable, I will complain to the BBB, the Texas Attorney General's office, and the Federal Trade Commission. I also may sue for triple damages award in accordance with the Texas Business Code if I have to complain to the appropriate state and federal offices because of a refusal to fairly and reasonably resolve this issue.BTW, my definition of fair and reasonable solution: $135.36 refund for the two tires I would not have replaced but for the deceptive trade act as defined in TX Business Code Title 2 §17.46 (b)(13) and the dismounting/mounting/balancing fee for those two tires. I am not asking for anything for the wasted time, emotional distress, as a result of at least one dishonest employee.

Great customer service!! They are very professional and greet you when you walk in the door. I'm able to make appointments online and they take your car back as soon as you check in. They explain things and show you why they would recommend products and/or services. Their prices are very fair and they do all kinds of services. Highly recommend!!!
