They have always given me reliable information about the status of the air conditioning, and they can get that thing purring like a kitten, while making it feel like I'm in an Alaskan meadow! They've always been fast getting out to check on the air conditioners, and offer good prices on the maintenance services that they offer. Called on a Sunday to leave a message and they answered the phone. Was wanting a 2nd bid on some work. I was quite surprised. Got good info and felt they could help me with my AC system. Appoint was scheduled for the following day. No call. No show. I called the company and was told they were going extremely busy and asked to reschedule. Done. Appointment rescheduled. After not getting a call nor I call them. Person answering the phone was less than pleasant. Said owner would come out. After 5pm he showed, looked at system and said it's fairly new. Went up in attic and said he's have to send a technician. Rescheduled for this morning. Again no call. I called and was told owner would call me right back. No call. Hours later I called back and employees sounded as if I was bothering her. Said owner was going to call me. I told her not to bother because I had no intention of doing business with them. Such a disappointment especially after reading the other reviews.

I waited all day for them to show up, they never did. I called them again the next day, no apology but they sent a technician out who didn't know how to work on a split unit even though I made it clear to them what the problem was and the type of unit. They sent out another technician that said he couldn't do the work by himself and would return with another tech. I haven't heard from then since. I gave up on Sigwalds, I will not ever call them again. I called Allen AC this morning and they showed up after lunch and now my AC runs like new.

Warren did a great job of identifying the problem and then quickly repaired my air conditioning system as well as checking it thoroughly. We also discussed replacing the system at the end of summer. I was impressed with his knowledge and advice.

" I would give ZERO stars" if possible. This is the absolute worst company and I warn people not to use them. I had a new AC/ furnace installed October of 2022 and once installed many pieces on a brand new unit were being replaced because the furnace would not stay on. These were uneducated kids sent to work without supervision for install, and the only issue was they never replaced the roof jack! But everything else was being replaced!! My personal belongings were broken and damaged as well. Ever since this install this machine has had nothing but issues. I've had a great company continually come out to keep working on this unit ever since 2022.Be ware of this company and it's work! ​

Rusk did a good job. I recommend him I will call him the next time I need to tech. He checked everything out he gave me a report

Called Sigwald on a Friday evening as our AC had not been cooling all day. Thomas Kennedy responded by 5:30pm . We needed a new compressor for the outdoor unit and we opted to get a new unit instead. THomas said he could install it that evening as they had them in stock. GOt eveything installed and found an additional problem with the indoor unit. COuldnt get the part that night but said he would be there the next day to fix. Provided a window unit so we could sleep that night, which worked beautifully. Thomas showed up at around 9am the next day as promised and fixed the inside unit. Very professional, knowledgable and personable. Highly recommend!

I would give a ten rating if i could. I am so impressed with the 3 outstanding gentlemen from Sigwald who just left my clean cool house. my air conditioner gave up on such a very hot day and Sigwald sent help immediately. It was a major job for them and not just some small adjustment and It was so reassuring to me too see their professionalism as they went at it quickly and calmly with obvious expertise. They were pleasant, talented, professional gentleman and the only trace I can see they were here is a new thermostat and a delightfully cool house. What wonderful representatives for a fine company. I have used Sigwald Service for over 20 years. Each and every time I call Mr. Sigwald either shows up himself or sends one of his Crews of Highly trained A/C repairmen to handle the issues.Just today Sigwald Service replaced the A/C coil on my inside unit under warranty. Get this the warranty was about to expire, but Sigwald made the corrections fast and effieiently.
