Please..for the love of god do not use this company!!!! I have chronic back pain and purchased a mattress in hopes of helping my pain.. upon delivery the mattress was not the bel o pedic I had looked at in the store, it was an American west which I found out is who makes the bel o Pedic... so why not just sale American west in store instead of these "bel o pedic" which seems like false advertising to me. I was then conned into buying a $20 mattress protector from them for a price of $279.99 in order to qualify for their 180 days no questions asked guarantee... when in fact their were MANY questions being asked, arguing, asking for measurements, all sorts of things... I got transferred from one manager to the next all the way to regional managers etc... I was told I'd be contacted back multiple times as we were not using the mattress at all and sleeping on the couch and floor... never received a call back... my 30 days is up on the 24th of this month and I will be returning to bel to select a new mattress only to be told that I will have to pay the redelivery fee... I think after forcing someone to keep a mattress and suffer sleeping elsewhere for 30 days they should not be allowed to charge you these fees. Also I was told it's a one time exchange and you must purchase equal or greater value... please please please do yourself a favor and go to a reputable mattress company! This is the worst customer service I have ever received after spending nearly $2000 on a mattress. When you call them they say they are the manager when in fact they were only the asst manager... I went in with my son to purchase couches we were not approved for a huge amount so do some error on the website stating couldn't verify identity but the salesman said we could go speak to the ladies at the Cashier desk that they would be able to call the finance company but instead we were greeted by 2 very rude ladies sitting there... as the salesman was explaining the situation neither of the ladies acknowledged us standing there and ignored us as if we weren't standing there and when she finally spoke she said it so rude they can call themselves threw a sticky note on the counter and rolled her eyes at us and shrugged her shoulders as to say she didn't care what we were saying and we then told the salesman we no longer wanted to purchase anything. We ended up taking our business elsewhere... we have bought other items there cash and never experienced such unprofessional employees as we did today even as we walked in the very beginning we were greeted by an older gentleman he then asked two young men standing there if they'd help us ...both said no and walked away so the older gentleman he was the only nice employee there .. but again at the end of finally finding what we wanted ..we left very unsatisfied and will not return to do business there again

Bel has a 72 hour return policy. In October, I bought $12,000 worth of furniture from Bels as well as the 5 year extended warranty. About May, I noticed a cut in one of the sections; the one I sit on regularly. Upon further inspection, I see small cuts across the sofa and love seat. The middle seat, which doesn't have a recliner has just a barely there cut. I enclosed pictures of the damage and sent to the general manager along with other pictures of the now apparent cuts. The store is refusing to help and the warranty representative said because it was caused by the store personal apparently with a box cutter, they won't cover it. I live alone and have been gone a lot due to family emergency in SA December and May, so the cuts are only separating when pressure is applied i.e by sitting. You can easily see the cut on the seat that I regularly use. The last picture shows how hard it initially was to see. I have asked a representative just to come look at it then they would understand why I couldn't report it within "72 hours". They told me "it's been 9 months; we can't tell if it is a box cutter or if a picture fell on it". ( I can't upload the other pictures due to "file to big" )The set was just over $2770, which is a lot of money to me. I just want them to do the right thing. To make matters worse, the manager, Jay was very rude, talking over me to "make his point." I am tempted to put this sofa in their parking lot so others can see and avoid them.The warranty won't help because the damage was done by the store.

Manager gave our couch to someone else. Made it seem like it was our fault and wanted us to travel 30 minutes to pick up another one that we didn't even look at. Sales rep were nice. But definitely need new management because of him we took out 2000 dollars else where

I'm a Disabled Veteran and always look for honest business to spend my hard earned money with. When I first went to Bel Furniture on SPID Corpus Christi, after looking everywhere for A Sofa Set with a Couch, Love Seat, and a Recliner, and I mean everywhere. I found Bel Furniture online and was also directed by a friend that bought their Furniture from them as well. I went there and explained what I was looking for and my budget after he showed me everything they had that I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. The salesman was very professional and helpful. He said the price and I asked to talk to a Manager. He directed me to not only the Manager but he said I got lucky because she's also the Regional Manager. Her name is Amy and what can I say except you meet people like her on rare occasions. What a sweet, kind, compassionate, good Human. I was so glad I asked to talk to the Manager and went to Bel Furniture. And don't let the building fool you because honestly it doesn't look much because the Mall around it are in need of repairs. But once you go in you immediately get a hole different feeling because it so Beautiful inside their showroom and the entire staff were all great Human's doing a great job. Thank you Amy an your staff for making a Veteran feel so welcomed and giving me a great deal on a Beautiful Formal Living Room Set... You made a great New Costumer out of me.

Bought a 2400 sofa there it was damaged took them a month to pick it up they never credited my credit card that was in April I then bought a 2700 sofa set they said that they gave me a credit never happened had to put a stop pay on the account talk to the account Hilda in Houston still nothing was done till the last week in June we will see when my bills comes what happen I would not suggest you shop there at all
