When we are in Karnes City, this is our "go to" spot for breakfast. Call ahead for pick up is our usual. Orders are always correct. Staff taking orders and at the counter are always friendly. Salsa is so good, we always ask for extra. Homemade flour tortillas are thick and tasty. Tacos are huge. Todays order was 8 tacos and a breakfast plate for 5 adults. $33. Great value.

If you want to eat in a local diner here in Columbus, TX, this is the place for you. Greasy hash browns overly cooked, everything else ok....Waitress was not the friendliest. LOTS of locals eat here. Apparently, they agree with the "in-your-face" political statement that greets you at the front register when you go to check out. Their ultra conservative placard at the front counter might be offensive to some, it certainly was offensive to me. We will not be returning there to eat. A restaurant that doesn't care if they offend people is not the place for me! I will take my business elsewhere and support a more friendly restaurant.

Great place fast service. Great food. I think Amy's goal is to make sure coffee is always full to the top because she fills so fast and it is always hot.

An old established Mexican food restaurant that has been around for years.Big fluffy tacos, excellent salsa, and yummy plates of carne guisada, enchiladas, or chicken fried steak guaranteed to make your tummy happy!Only open till lunch so come early.

This is my favorite spot for tacos!!! However I called on repeat for about 30 minutes with no answer, just to get there to a semi-empty restaurant. They don't accept cards and this morning I paid $8.37 for TWO tacos! Pricing is ridiculous and the man running the register is completely rude.

Hey. Bring cash. And then get ready for a solid breakfast. Me and kid was about to turnaround in the parking lot and said, "what the heck. We're hungry. Let's eat here". Both of us had breakfast tacos which they have a lot to choose from. Should've ordered one Bc they came out looking huge. At least from what we get back home. Anyhoo, stop by and enjoy. Ladies behind the counter were nice too!

Wow, Wow, Wow! One of the most incredibly flavorful breakfasts I've had in years. Pancakes were huge, fluffy and tasty! Bacon was thick and full of flavor! Eggs were PERFECTLY cooked medium on low heat b/c there was not a spec of burned or brown whites on the egg. And Crystal was an absolute delight! It's rare to find such talent in the kitchen but after 30-years in the business, "Becky" has it dialed in tight! Do yourself a favor and stop in! You won't regret it!

Pretty good tacos!! They aren't open for supper so make sure you go earlier in the day.
