Unbelievable service and value. Found and drove a car 2000 miles home. No problems and no issues - service was completed as expected. My salesman ( Jeremy Moreno) was excellent throughout the entire process. He also made sure everything was double checked before I left the dealership on my long journey home. I'd definitely buy here again and would expect the same excellent service.

Absolutely terrible customer service after the sell. They sure were nice and helpful when i was buying my 101k truck! Now that i need help finding the wheel lock they didn't give me, they play pass the phone around bc no one wants to help.

My respect goes out to the folks here at the service department, being my first time here and the way they handled me from the moment I got here was beyond extraordinary. George at the front in service and Joe the mechanic were the best. I felt so at ease and right there and then I knew my vehicle was gonna get serviced the right way. I was shown exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and they contacted the insurance companies and got the process rolling in the right direction. They handled everything with ease and professionalism.The waiting area is clean and have water and coffee for you to indulge in while you wait on your vehicle. Oh and another thing clean restrooms says a lot about how this place takes care of there facilities.

This dealership started out okay and has rapidly gone down hill. The sales staff rotate so much, which I understand because of the industry; but that doesn't mean they have to call every week. The service department was horribly managed and the good people left just when the service department was getting good. The last time I walked in, I had scheduled an appointment and was told they wouldn't honor it. They asked me to come back the next day, so I did after they offered a free service and they wouldn't honor the previous person's offer. I refuse to buy another vehicle from this dealership.

I can't understand how this service department doesn't get an overhaul. Start at the top then go from there. Unaware of the basic rules of service. Number one rule, communication.

Justin McGhee was the absolute best! He anticipated what I wanted to know and gave me over and above information, assistance, and instruction. This process went SO smoothly. No hard sell, no soft cell; like the 3 Bears - just perfect! I would buy another car from him! And I happen to believe it's easier to buy a home than a car. Every prior experience I've had was NUTSO. Mr. McGhee is an exemplary employee, salesman, and human. The human connection is what's usually missing, but he brought it. I tend to be difficult, but he didn't sway on his professionalism and manners. Bravo, Justin! Thank you!

Sold me a Camaro with a hallowed catalytic converter and a check engine light that is on due to the exhaust system they rigged just long enough to make it my problem. Bernie the secretary is unhelpful and rude. I've left messages for the GM Melinda to rectify the situation, but Bernie said she hardly ever there and that the other managers Joe and Mario are not available as well; even though I made the effort to show in person since they can never get my messages or return my calls. I asked for anyone that could help me. She said there's no one, we're privately owned and operated. That left me confused.The dealership has a notice on the wall stating it's unlawful to sell, offer, or lease a vehicle not equipped with emissions per the TCAA. So I proceeded to ask for the number for the TCAA to file a complaint. Bernie would not help me stating she's not a lawyer or sales person, so she doesn't know anything car emission laws and doesn't know anything about the information posted on their wall. No worries Bernie, I'm not a lawyer, but I was able to get the number myself. Here's the number if anyone needs it as well. (512) 239-2988

they have the worst customer service. said they would fix the part on my car for no fee and ended costing us $1000!!!! this is the first and last time I will ever do business with them. and I will also be telling everybody not to buy a vehicle from their dealership.
