So strange. I could have sworn there were only 24 hours in a day. I guess 0630 doesn't count though. Oh, or 2200.

This place is a joke, took a trouble, suicidal person that is hearing voices and instead of admitting him, counselor suggested group therapy. Gave 1 star cause it won't let me post unless I rate. UPDATE!! I just took this person again, hallucinating that someone or persons are waiting outside to harm him, hearing voices and again they would not admit him. I guess there are bonuses given out for the least amount of admitted. Same counselor saw him, I even called to him this the second time I've tried to get help for him and he said he couldn't admit him without drs. Orders. So what good are you doing there to asses people if you can't help them?

Wouldn't let me in to wait in the waiting room for my mother to come back from admitting my brother. They would rather me sit outside in the cold and rain.

This place is god awful. To begin with, nobody knew what was going on. I was told I would be there for 72 hours (which it turns out that wasn't even true, my warreant said 48 hours) , I was there for four days. I was told weekends wouldn't count for my warrant AFTER I was admitted. The staff was never consistent on rules. Sometimes you were able to do things like push the couches together to put your feet on them or go in the snack room to pick out your snack but if you got a different group of staff, they would yell at your for standing too close to somebody. Now I understand safety rules, but the inconsistency was VERY confusing. One of the staff members would constantly complain about how annoying we were always asking her for help. Several staff members smelt like marijuana. I was also bullied in this facility and they were aware of it. Instead of moving the girl that was bullying me to a different unit they moved the girl that was sticking up for me. I am lucky that the bully was only there for one more day but I have heard from my friends that have been here that they will keep the person that is harassing you in the same ward as you. I had also heard rumors that several girls were getting sexually harassed by the boys (they don't separate boys and girls). This is also a VERY christian establishment which could be good if you are christian but I personally am not.The one good thing I got out of this place was being able to find a therapist.Overall, do not send your loved ones here for mental heath treatment.

If you really care about your loved ones, you'll avoid sending them HERE. I went back in 2021 and they treated me like a dog. Came out worse than when I went in. They administer you medication without communication with parents or primary care doctors. They told my mother I was lying about my mental health. The second time I came here, a boy that wasn't even supposed to be in the girl's ward jumped across the table and started beating me in the face unprovoked. Techs weren't watching so the nurses had to pry him off of me. One of the nurses asked me what I did as she was pulling him off of my head. Then they sent me to get checked out by their doctor who charged me 1,000 dollars in exchange for moving my head around and looking for bruises. They don't monitor the conversations the patients are having. Teenagers will compete about their self harm. They didn't even let some of my family call or visit me. The technicians all acted like they hated us and their jobs, picked favorites and were all around unprofessional. They only cared when someone cussed. They tell you they have "school" services there- yeah, putting us on random computers with unrestricted internet access in a room together for 30 minutes is school. Great. They're allowed to deny you the ability to take a nap or a shower or to go into your room for any reason. They didn't wash my clothes for almost the entire time I was there and I had very bad incontinence issues. They took some of my clothing items and they were never returned to me.

This place is great! Upon entering, they immediately evaluate you for admittance.Admittance is based mostly on dental history, sociability, compliancy, aggressiveness, coat color and type.At night they safely secure the patients in their padlocked kennels- oftentimes offering bedtime snacks as rewards for compliancy.Days are spent being groomed and taught commands like "sit" and "stay". Dinner and breakfast meals are taken in the individual's kennel to be eaten in a safe "social isolation". This effectively ensures complacency.Just kidding! take your hurting loved one here if you think treating them like a dog is helpful.

My child was checked by mother without talking to me. The facility had me jump through hoops only to still be ignored in the informed consent process regarding my child. She was put on medication the same night, even though she had never even done counseling. I was kept for hours waiting to talk to someone who could let me know what was going on, only for them to have time to call mom. Mom gave the facility the wrong contact information for me and withheld the patient code. Despite all that I was told through the telephone game with mom, I still won't be involved directly and have to get clinical information from her only. This facility violated my rights as a parent I have experienced retaliation for addressing my concerns with her admission and believe they falsely admitted my child inpatient because Medicaid doesn't pay beans for outpatient services and a big chunk of revenue comes from inpatient admissions. HCA has a history of false documentation to bill the state and government for services not needed and not rendered. I see nothing has changed after that massive settlement.

I was forced in there. They kept telling me they didn't understand why I was in there because of how positive and stable I was. A girl tried to physically attack me twice for not wanting to talk to her (she was racist and called me a b-word...) And when I cried about it and had a breakdown because they refused to move her to a different unit, they all decided they were going to keep me there for longer, like past my warrant... And I didn't know about it until I was taken out, thanks for God being on my side and knowing how horrible it was there... They kept giving me drugs I didn't want, and the drugs made me really antsy and they kept trying to diagnose me with mental illness. That is one corrupt place and I'm still traumatized. I'm so happy to be home. Whoever put me in there (I vented to a police officer and they fished for a reason to take me there.. which they did not tell me they were going to). Karma exists.
