I have never experienced this level of incompetence. Do not believe the glowing reviews or their fake responses. Also, don't ignore the bad reviews because of the bay front views. It's not worth it. I have lived here 3 years and extremely regret renewing my lease. I have pending services requests, that include concerns of MOLD, that have gone ignored for over a year. They mark the service request as completed but nothing was actually done. They also add fees or double charge fees and hope nobody notices. I call, I email, I go to the front office, I even call the regional manager of asset living, every single person will ignore you. Don't live here.

I lived here for a year and it wasn't too bad, I lived right on the bay. There are a few creepy people that live in the apartment complex, one time a truck got all four tires stolen off of it and got left on rocks in the parking lot... a lot of the units have carpet and they weren't accurately cleaned and still wrinkled which I didn't like. There is also a ton of roaches when I lived there and I'm fairly clean person. The management is extremely slow to respond and not very helpful whenever it comes to issues. Maintenance was pretty responsive in a decent time. I also got less than half of my down payment back, even though I did a clean before I left, and there was no damage to the unit. there are always a lot of random made up fees by management always charged my account every month and they can never explain what exactly they were for.

Residents will love the amenities you pay for but can't use! The pool is rarely usable (usually green murky water) which is a shame, because the patio area is nice. The grass is too high to use the "bark park". The dog bath is closed indefinitely for repairs. The acres of bay-front lawn are so overgrown and mosquito infested, it's a health risk to walk on the sidewalks that are completely grown over with grass. Same for the playground. If you enter maintenance request on their app, don't expect to ever get an update. The desk staff is nic, but the manager has zero customer service skills (interrupts, loud, takes no accountability). This place could be fun and beautiful. It's not. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Convenient location, though a lot of traffic noise at times. Unless management improves, we'll be looking for other options at the end of the lease.

Although we thought we got a great deal on this apartment, it came with enormous costs. We have encountered so many issues the past few months we have been living here. First it was small things like roaches, the door not closing all the way, flooring peeling up, the pool water being green multiple times, etc. Then about a month into living here our AC went out and we were left with only one portable AC unit which only cooled half of one room and our AC wasn't fully fixed for 5 days. The property manager was very inconsiderate when talking to me about the issue, first telling me we would get three portable units, which was a blatant lie. Because of our AC going out during the middle of the summer and being right by the bay, we are now experiencing mold popping up on random items we own and in the kitchen and bathroom drawers. They came and took the drawers and took 3 weeks to refinish them, and I'll attach a picture of what they look like. Pretty comical. The only reason why we got the drawers back and any work order completed was because we had to call 3-10 times to remind them- nothing is EVER done simply from a work order. They have also done nothing to compensate us for the items that have been ruined by mold, worth a couple hundred dollars. We have also dealt with termites, which is very stressful and not something you think you'll have to deal with. All of these things would not be major issues if there was actually any sort of communication. We should not have to do their jobs for them by having to call or go into the lobby to remind them of our work orders. Another random issue we've had to deal with is the fire alarms in our whole building go off for 2 hours. What prompted me to finally write this review is because we got a text today at 11am that they would be turning off the water in the buildings for a maintenance emergency and that they'd let us know when it would be back on. The water was turned off 5 minutes later. This was pretty frustrating because I planned to do laundry but I understood they didn't know it was going to happen. When they sent the text they said it would be a "couple hours" which you'd think the water would be on by 3 at the latest. I called at 3 (had to call three times for someone to answer) to ask what the update was and she said they were thinking around 5pm. This was super frustrating because that meant the water would be off for 6 hours. I decided to go to the gym and figured it'd be back on when I got back, and got confirmation from my husband the water was back on around 5:50 which was good because at 6 no one is in the office so there would be no one to talk to. I get home around 6:30 and go to turn on the shower- the water isn't working. I think you can understand how confusing and infuriating this is for me at this point, now not being able to use the water for SEVEN hours! The emergency maintenance number is useless, all you do is leave a voicemail. The next best idea I had was to call the non emergency police number to see if they had any info. The man let me know there was a leak in the sprinkler system and that the next step would be for a water company to come out and see who's responsibility it would be to fix it, the city or the apartments. It is now 7:30 and we have received NO communication at all from the apartments since 11am and we have no one to talk to about not having water. While this is extremely upsetting and extremely inconvenient, it would be a lot less so if they did their part to let us know what's going on. We are going on 8 hours of no water which is ridiculous and no idea if we will have water at any point tonight or tomorrow. Don't move here, even if you like the unit you'll seriously regret the work you have to put in to get a simple work order fixed. The previous apartment I lived at in Corpus only had 2 maintenance men for the same amount of buildings and work orders were completed within two days. There are at least 6 men working here so there really is no excuse why it takes so long and why we have to constantly call back to ask about it. The only person I have had positive interactions with is Jerri and she seems to be the only one who cares about the residents.

Will not be resigning my lease here due to lack of proper management and security. Expect management to be uncoordinated and your car to be broken into at least once while living here.

Absolutely a nightmare experience to live here. The management on property is the most pathetic I have ever seen. The manager never followed up with my boyfriend after his truck was STOLEN and said "well, you live in an apartment and apartments get broken into". Not only did it stop there, but the manager also didn't care that his truck was also broken into twice after it had been stolen. We also live next to a neighbor with schizophrenia who 27/4 is screaming and harassing us, along with everyone else in the building. When nearly the whole building came together with emails and all to explain how terrible our experience is here living next to him the manager replied with "i can't do anything about crazy and weird". Instead of insisting he leave considering so many people have complained, the manager told us WE could leave. I asked multiple times for an email from the owner themselves stating they knew about all the issues and of course never received one from the owner, just from the manager . Almost seems like they don't know anything and the manager is trying to cover it all up. Unfortunately the rest of the ladies that work the front desk are looked at as the same due to the lack of care their manager provides, but they actually do a good job with what they are given. Overall we cannot wait to leave and go anywhere else!
