This is by far the best clinic in the area! I refuse to take my animals anywhere else!! The vet techs are like my dog's aunties! They love Kristin so much, they whimper to see her if she's in the building but not their vet tech that day! The reason that's so awesome is she is the one to administer most of their tests and shots so that speaks VOLUMES as even though she has to do it, they still love her! Paula is always so patient and puts me at ease that I'm not overreacting with my concerns! Sadie keeps this all orchestrated and handles so much and very professionally! I could go on and on but there's only so much space here! I do wanna throw in that they saved my little boy from heartworms and educated me throughout the entire process! Way to go Dr's Harrell and Fisher on assembling such a fine team!!

Only been to nice. Scheduled quickly. Tech was very nice.You can hear through the walls and doors, so I have some mixed feelings about some stuff.Seems clean and well kept inside. Front desk staff was also very good.

BRING A BAG OF CASH WITH YOU just saying! You'll need $150.00+ (Outrageous) to nuder a five week old cat! They charged me for the surgery ok. Then the gotcha, starts. Like a car salesman they won't do the surgery unless you have another $300 in "mandatory" shots and or treatments. But wait that's not all. We have to take him back again for another $100 for a follow up appointment! I'm 62yo and have dad cats all my life. This clinic is very money hungry and there no shy about it. In summary, our deductible paid to our health insurance for Cataract surgery for my wife was less money. We have two big dogs that need there shots UPDATED and I can't imagine how expensive the shots will be plus all the other "mandatory " shots or vaccinations.

Great hospital and wonderful staff. They were all so good to our sweet puppy, Sam. The price was very reasonable as well. I'm glad to have found a vet here I can trust.

The veterinarian herself is very nice and professional. Her administrative staff however is NOT. They are a nightmare to deal with. Lack of organizational skills, lack of good communication skills and sorely lacking in people skills. She lost me as a customer as I was finally fed up with her staff, and when I wrote her an email about my awful experiences with her staff, she never even had the courtesy to reply. Won't go back.

Where do I begin.... I had an emergency situation and they were able to get me in quickly and without hesitation. Dr Harrell and her staff were friendly and kept me calm during my time of fear and panic. I dont live in Rockport full time, but will be using Bay Breeze when we are in town. Dr Harrell was great, explained it all to me and was open to sharing all the info. I am very grateful for all they did in my time of need. thank you!!

Best vets on the coast. Have been treating my animals for years. Dr Harrell and Dr Fisher are excellent and offer options for care. The techs are great. Excellent with the animals and very knowledgeable. Would not take my babies anywhere else.If you want the best for your animals bring them to BayBreeze!

Great place. Knowledgable staff. I felt like my dog was safe. Prices are much lower than up north. Feel blessed.

Thanks to Dr Harrell's veterinary care I was able to enjoy the company of my first two doggies to the age of 18 and 17 respectively. Now, my current pets are perky and on routine annual checks. Bay Breeze Animal Clinic are well prepared with advance equipment and technology to be able to diagnose and treat on a timely bases our family members (Pets). They have high standards, staff and technicians are well trained in what they do. Most importantly, many procedures are done at the clinic and appointments are always available. Even though for some, overall pricing may be expensive to their perceivedagenda expectations of what the price should be. We must look at the overall picture on quality of care our pets are receiving. In my experience, I always had a quote on what that visit would costs. There are no hidden agenda or overcharging. If you are price sensitive you may consider looking around. I looked at all breeds and narrow it down to a breed I know would be happy and comfortable in its environment and with people. After I received my Dog (Kody) the next step was to find an Animal Clinic. I took Kody to a local well-known vet for the first year but there were always very sick and aggressive dogs in there. Bay Breeze Animal Clinic came into town and after reviewing Dr Harrell's veterinary credentials and experiences It was a now brainer to switch.As Kody entered the geriatric stage of his life, he began to have geriatric issues. With surgery he was his old self. With Bay Breeze Animal Clinic Dr Harrell's veterinary care, Kody reach the ripe old age of 18. On his last days, I could not take him to the vet. It was heart breaking and a difficult decision for me but I did know it was time but I wanted him to be in his home surrounded by his family. I called Dr Harrell and she with a staff member came to my home. This show dedication and caring to Kody, to the family members and allow me to hold him one last time.My other pet Rusty with Bay Breeze Animal Clinic Dr Harrell's care also reach geriatric stage at age 17. At age 15 he developed water in his heart sac. Bay Breeze Animal Clinic Dr Harrell did a procedure to remove the fluid. I was able to enjoy Rusty's company for another two years.I write about my experiences with Bay Breeze Animal Clinic because I think it should be shared for those who are on the mends what distinguishes Bay Breeze Animal Clinic from any other vet clinic. Yes, at times fees for certain visits can be above average from another clinic. We do have to consider the rising costs of everything from meds, to utilities, to high tech equipment to training, etc. Our pets are part of the family and their health care should be treated as such.With my experiences with Bay Breeze Animal Clinic, Dr Harrell and staff, I highly recommend to give them a call for your veterinary needs.perceived

Dr Harrell, her vet tech and all of those we came in contact with were very professional. More importantly, they were kind, caring and gentle with our mini Chihuahua, Angel Baby, and with my husband and I too. Our hearts were broken because our little girl was hurt and in pain. Dr Harrell called all over Texas trying to find a vet neurologist that might be able to help Angel. She contacted 8 different offices, to no avail. When we knew we didn't want Angel Baby to suffer any more, we knew there was no answer other than euthanasia. We were both crying and the vet tech cried with us. Such a sweet and caring heart. We feel so blessed to have found Dr Harrell and her staff at Bay Breeze animal clinic. Our little girl went to sleep safe and secure wrapped in her soft pink blanket in my arms, and she's home now.
