Bay Auto Service

Bay Auto provided me with nothing but honest, friendly, thorough, and amazing service. I had been getting hit over the head by another vehicle repair company, and so many people kept telling me "take it to Bay Auto," but I had been so busy I just went with what I knew. Recently, I had my vehicle at the other repair shop, they wanted to charge me for the following (their words verbatim via text message) "The hourly charge is 159. We would need to change out the brake fluid. The part is 97.95. It also calls for 4 hours to replace that hose. So the total after parts, labor and tax is $1,169.35." I knew right then in there I needed to get my vehicle to Bay Auto. I called Bay Auto, Tim answered right away and told me "bring it in, and we will take a look at it and take care of you." I had my vehicle towed to Bay Auto, and from there they took care of everything over the phone for me. My car stayed parked in their garage safe over the weekend. Come Monday afternoon Tim calls and tells me the exact same issue with my car but the price is $356.89!!!!!! My HEART DROPPED and I cried tears of joy. The relief I had was so indescribable. I had been stressing on how in the world I was going to come up with the funds. I didn't need to stress anymore because BAY AUTO was taking care of my vehicle at a way more reasonable price. I told Tim my car was about to hit 100,000 and my vehicle app kept telling me to refer to the handbook. Tim told me he would check it out, take a look at what needs to be done then get back with me. Next day Tim called me and let me know everything looked good but the handbook does recommend a transmission flush but it was completely up to me if I wanted Bay Auto to do it now or come back at another time. I told Tim to go head and knock it out, and they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! The customer service is great, the environment is great, staff are friendly, realistic, and humble. The team at Bay Auto do their best to work with all their customers. Thank you Bay Auto!!!

Let me tell you trust is a hard thing to have these days, You have to earn it .Bay Auto Service has earned my trust ,they have been fixing my cars for years .Jason and his crew are amazing and very thorough in everything that they do, they take pride in what they do .I have a 2007 Toyota 4 Runner and I am on a scheduled maintenance program that he devised just for me. Jason, Tim and the entire crew at Bay Auto are a class act! My car needed a new AC compressor and not only did they call me to schedule a good time, for my convenience, but they also had it done in one day.They were professional and kind at all times and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get some auto repairs done.Auto repairs are something we all dread, but Bay Auto makes it as painless as possible and that's something to be heralded!Thanks again, guys!

If I could leave one starI would this is the second vehicle I have taken to Bay Auto both have resulted in blown motors one at the shop The other on the road both had to do with timing issues I called for a wrecker truck Bay Auto sent the truck to the wrong place they told me it would be $340 the bill for the wrecker was over 600 when I told them to send it to another shop they called me back to confirm and again they had the location wrong I spent over nine grand dealing with these people with no results they are not a diagnostic automotive business beware using this company

If I could do no star I would. Went by on Friday they told me to come in first thing Monday morning and they'd get me right in. Showed up at 8am no one else was there they were supposed to look at fixing my ac and a few other items. He said leave it with me for a few hours and I'll get it checked out and let you know what we find. Took a Lyft home and after 6 hours they still hadn't looked at it!! Didn't even give me a call to let me know what's going on. I told them nevermind I'll come pick it up. Took anther Lyft there and they literally just gave me my keys and didn't say a word to me nothing no explanation no sorry nothing. They made me feel like they didn't care to have my business or not. So I'm out over $25 in Lyft fees and still haven't gotten my car even looked at. What a waste glad they have so much business that they don't care to loose a customer.

Called twice for brakes and got 2 different prices for the same vehicle & both times they could not look at my vehicle for estimate the same day, said I would have to leave over night just to look at it. In addition after the 2nd time I called, they started sending me text messages I never asked for.RW

Horrible customer service. I been here twice- once to drop off my car and once to pick up my car. The same guy was up front- older man with a beard. As I stood at the counter, I was never greeted. He acted like I was not even there. BOTH times. So I asked him if my car was done. Him and another employee were taking so I did wait about 2 minutes before interrupting. He just told me one minute. So after about 2 more minutes I asked again. He finally got up and got my vehicle. Took him maybe 30 seconds to do so... long story short- horrible customer service. Will not be returning

My vehicle had broken down in the early evening so I called Jason at Bay auto services. They quickly had my vehicle towed to their shop and the following day had an estimate prepared, parts were order, and my vehicle was done by the end of the day. A big thanks to the guys at Bay Auto service for getting back on the road at a reasonable price.
