We contacted Bay Area rental to manage our rental since we live out of state. There is always someone to answer the phone and help you. Ashli and Marylou were friendly and helped us through the process, since we have never done this before.Ashli has been our main contact and is on the ball. They do the screening on renters and also perform quarterly inspections on the house to change filters and maintenance. We had a few issues with the house and Ashli recommended a great plumber.

So far i'm not impressed. i have been living in the rental property for nearly 2 weeks, and i still haven't been given answers on several issues around the house.i had high hopes when, for one particular issue, the handyman came over right away to check it out. he said he would call me the next day to try to come over that afternoon to fix it. That was over a week ago and i haven't seen or heard from him since. i called my point of contact over there specifically about it and i STILL haven't heard anything. i think, as the renter, you have to be VERY persistent to get things done with them. they act like they are very good about it upon initial move-in, but after a few days, you fall by the wayside with all the other renters and you become forgotten.it's getting very frustrating, but what can you do when you're not the one paying them? i am simply the one living in the house with the issues :/

I have (4) four properties with Bay Area. They have been prompt and efficient in finding suitable tenants.My emails are always answered and requests satisfied. This company has fulfilled my needs more so than others I have tried.
