Bath And Biscuits

We have boarded our animals for years with Bath and Biscuits. We have also taken our dogs in for grooming, too. The staff is always so friendly and the services are outstanding! Our dogs are excited to see the staff's smiling faces when we walk in the door knowing that they will be staying there for the next few days. It's such a relief knowing our animals will be taken care of while we are away. Their grooming services are top-notch! They cut our dog's hair EXACTLY as we described and we could not be happier! Great staff! Happy Animals! Outstanding service!

Called to see if my two chihuahua sized dogs could get a quick bath and nail trim, and was told by the person answering the phone that there would be a wait until February since I'd be a "new" customer. Asked if I was an existing customer if I'd be able to get in, and she said yes... not a very customer oriented answer, and not the type of business I'd give my money to. You give baths to dogs, you're not a specialty surgeon, get over yourself.

We have boarded many times our really huge dogs here for years and always happy to come back. They love our dogs and always extremely helpful. Also they provide reliable home visits. We always know that our pets are in good hands with "Bath and Biscuits" while we are away. We recommend this business to anyone.

We boarded out three dogs here for two days. After picking them up, I realized that the area, where the dogs are kept, is hidden from view of anyone coming in the place. Also, all our dogs were soaking wet with urine.

Let our dog there two days. Pick her up she smells horrible. The employee tells me she had to wash her blanket because she pooped which our dog never does even if we are not home for 8-10 house. Her harness was chewed up as well as her lead (which is more money than her two day stay). And poop was imbedded in her harness, tags and home again tag! I will never use them again!

I've boarded my dog here a few times and am pleased with the results. Friendly people and reasonable prices. My dog even received a free blanket and paw trim once. Would definitely give them my business again.

The only place I'll trust with my German Shepherd. Very professional staff, reasonably priced and very prompt. The owner, Lorena, also runs Last Chance Rescue which is where I got my two year old Shepherd. Great lady, great local business!
