This place is amazing low cost clinic. It takes longer because you don't pay for convenience, so expect a vet visit to take 2-4 1/2 hours. Since it's low cost, it's really cramped inside so if you have a timid cat, you'll need to ask for the one closed room they have. Staff is always wonderful, they deserve so much working under stressful, minimum resource conditions. Overall, if you value time over money, don't come here. But if you're low on cash, I'd definitely say come here!

Zoey was able to get her vaccines with me by her side-in less than an hour. First time here and certainly not my last. Props to all the techs and doctors working hard in a fast but friendly manner!

What an awesome veterinarian office. My pup needed some vaccinations and to get a check up. Quick to get in and out. The staff is very caring towards the pups/dogs that come in. Thank you Dr Moody for taking care of Pancit for us. The prices are amazing. Yes...I do mean very reasonable. I am so glad we found y'all! We will definitely be back for her future check ups and vaccines.

They are very professional, very sweet and understanding and completely compassionate about your fur baby. They know exactly what they're doing. They go over all your options for your pets care. They tell you exactly what it's gonna cost before doing anything. I highly recommend them.

Doctors do not know how to control their workers via drama and unprofessionally, they treat there workers like shit I know from a personal view. Just sounds like the doctors are very unprofessional, and the workers are very unprofessional.

They don't answer their phones! They put this message machine in and it never lers you through. Then the person goes there, waits and then they claim you haven't been there since the year before.All to get another appointment fee. SmhThey claim all their bills are on paper. It is obvious their papers are eronious or their paper keeper. Either way, it put ppl out of their way. Cost gas, time and money! Now, they want the old bill or, you guessed it. They want to see your dog to " weigh" it. I heard, to bill you.Get it together Baldwin crosstown clinic.You're usually better than this. The doctors are great. It's the office personal that's lacking.

I don't typically write reviews but I just had to express my gratitude. They're the best of the best. I'd recommend them to anyone who ask for the best animal clinic in the city. They really care for your animals as if they were your own. I had taken my pup to an emergency clinic after he had an accident about two years ago they informed me that i'd have to spend over 4 grand or put him down. The next day something was telling me to take him to Baldwin. They found a quick fix and I didn't even spend over $500 dollars. They're very affordable and the genuinely care. Now I have already taken my new pup and she loves it I'll never go to any other clinic! Thank you for everything that y'all do!! I greatly appreciate it!!
