First thing ... go for it . They offer such a great customer service. I had an appointment at Kosmo salon and they were awful In person and they didn't care at all. We just moved from Florida and I didn't have an hair stylist here At corpus. I used yelp as Big time helper and I was lucky enough. Price is good if you know you're paying for a professional. It's really worth it ! Melissa was my hairstylist today but all the team was involved. And mimosas are great !

Mel was AMAZING. She always double and triple checked what I wanted and always told me what she was going to do before she did it. Mel checked the reference photos I brought throughout the session to make sure she's giving me exactly what I asked for. She was meticulous and took the time to make sure everything looked good. She took her time without making me feel like she was taking forever. Sweet to talk to and great environment- also did an AMAZING job!! She gave me tips and advice for my super thick hair. If I was from the area I would be here regular! The only negative thing to note-someone else cut my bangs and didn't really tell me too much what she was going to do and didn't ask what I wanted or looked at my reference photos. After she cut them we were able to fix them to something more towards what I wanted.

I always have an amazing experience when I visit the salon. Whether I'm there for my hair or skincare needs.Definitely the best!

Everyone at the salon is extremely friendly and make you feel like family. They always do a great job on my hair. After coming here I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! If I could leave more than five stars I would!

Love Balayage Salon And Spa!!!! They did everything I asked for and more in fixing my hair from the travesty it was in!!!!!!! I also got an amazing Facial mind you that I have anxiety and Tania made me feel relaxed and comfortable!!!! Thank you BALAYAGE SALON AND SPA!!!

I originally scheduled my appt for 1230. The day before my appt, they texted me for my appt at "noon". So, on my way to the salon, I called to make sure they still had me at 1230. Chris asked if I could come at 1 instead. I showed up at 1245 and was seated in a salon chair at 120. Chris did multiple consultations, hair cuts, check outs, phone calls, etc. while doing my hair. I had bayalage done. It came out VERY blonde and not at all like I described or like the pictures (five of them) I'd shown her. She redid my hair, but then it looked exactly the same as my hair before. I left at 715pm. 7 and a half hours later and 285 dollars poorer- for what? My hair looks EXACTLY the same except she removed the highlights I came in with that I DID like.

Highly recommended! Had my hair and make up done. Tanya and Hailey took such great care of me. Got a lot of compliments on my look. Will definitely come back. Planning to also try their other services.

Excellent customer service, artistry business, reminds me of salon in the Fashion District.

Any future clients. Please save your money. Very over priced and they do not do what they say it will look like. My hair is 3 different colors brown orange highlights and black.
