The service technician showed up on time but could not find the solution. He was paid for the service call. He said he would call back the next morning after speaking with his team about a solution on fixing the heater. I did not receive a call back so I called the technician back the next day. He said he was sent to another job that morning and had not talked to anyone about fixing my heater. I had to call another company to fix the unit.

Update: Our interactions with the owner, Nick Baker, were stunningly negative. Our builder chose this man to install our HVAC and dehumidifier. The new home was terribly humid so we called because it seemed the dehumidifier wasn't working and the work was under the one year warranty. First, we could not get them to answer the phone during their posted business hours. It was months later and some prodding from the builder when Baker A/C decided to start answering their phones and we were told a couple times that they were coming and no one would show. Finally when Nick Baker came out (with two trainees in tow) he lacked any sense of professionalism or customer service and was disrespectful - even blaming us for the non-functional dehumidifier. He gets into the attic and figures out that the dehumidifier wasn't connected properly and thus was not turning on. No apologies to us were offered for their mistake, and he would not take responsibility for the shoddy work, instead, offering only excuses. Nick wires up the now functioning dehumidifier that has not been used in almost the year we have lived here, and left. Just over a month later we smell an electrical burning smell and the dehumidifier goes dead. Again we contact Baker and they send a different guy (Kyle, I think) out who discovers that Nick Baker did not take the correct precautions and two wires wound up touching causing them to melt and burn. Because these are now completely useless, Kyle has to now use an alternate (and last) option to wire this dehumidifier up so that it can run. Not even a full year after this fiasco, our dehumidifier is again not working. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Our air conditioner went out last night and since my husband is quiet ill and can not be moved the problem was compounded. They responded quickly and Thomas was able to fix the problem. Very professional and outstanding!Thanks Baker Air!! You're the best!

Backer installed a units 5 years ago. Contacted them to clean units. We still have black particles coming from units. After work completed and bill paid they called to ask for MORE money! ! That did not happen but will not use or recommend them.

The team from Baker is terrific. They installed our units a year ago. Had a small issue and they were there within 30 minutes to fix it. They just installed a complete new system at my folks house yesterday. All done in 1 day and was less expensive than the other quotes we got and included top of the line Lennox system. 10 year warranty parents AND labor. These guys are really good at what they do!

Called Baker A/C for some factory warranty work after the original installer was no longer in business. We were so pleased with the prompt appointment time, the pleasant technicians, and the reasonable bill. We will definitely use Baker A/C for any future needs. So happy.
