Axis Tattoo

This is the best shop in CC. Every artist is so talented & the customer service is amazing. Some tattoos shops can be intimidating, even if you are heavily tattooed, but not this one. Everyone greeted when they walk in & every idea is treated with respect. I drive 4 hours to get tattooed here just for the service and quality alone ! Go see Mathew , Cindy or Michael! 10/10

LOVE MY TATTOO!!! Timmie is AMAZING!!!! My mother passed away a few months ago and it's been very hard on me. I wanted a tattoo that reminded me of her. While she was living with us and I was taking care of her during Hospice, we had this saying that we would do before bedtime every night, this the premise behind the Dinosaur and Toast...See you later, AlligatorAfter while, CrocodileLove you more, DinosaurLove you most, Burnt ToastTimmie was so wonderful, he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and NEEDED even though I kept changing my mind on color, or no color, etc... going back and forth. He was so kind and patient.Now I can look at this tattoo and smile through my sorrow and will think of her and our close bond that we shared. I love this tattoo, it means everything to me.I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND AXIS... but most of all... TIMMIE!!!!!! GREAT GUY, GREAT TATTOO ARTIST!!! I went there to get a damn tattoo on my face. They asked me to come in and set a appointment and talk to a artist. I get there and never spoke to a artist they took my info and never called me. The shop was very nice and neat and I really wanted to get my face done there I had a lot of work for the guy but never got called to set anything up.

Had a tattoo on my list. And decided to go out for a walk today I met the coolest people at Axis tattoo. Wes Was amazing and OnPoint.

My husband and I decided on a whim that we wanted to get matching tattoos to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. We walked in to Axis and was immediately greeted by Matt Rosas. We showed him what we wanted, and he started working on our design. The shop is very clean and appealing. Two groups of people came in while we waited. The other artist there was very accommodating. When Matt was busy, she came out and greeted. When she was busy, Matt greeted. It made for a very welcoming atmosphere, which I really appreciate. Once it was time for our tattoo, I really appreciated the time Matt took to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. (I might have been a little picky about the size, but Matt was super patient and willing to work with me!) I was absolutely amazed at the amount of time Matt used to do my tattoo. I was only in the chair for about 30 mins, and the tattoo artwork is on point. My husband's tattoo clocked in at about the same time. This was my first tattoo experience in a shop, and I was blown away. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo, and I would highly recommend Matt. Overall, great experience.

The place looked fine and everything, we didn't have anything done here but they referred us to their Electra (sister store),I didn't like the way we were looked at when we came in, granted we came in with two young kids, as I was trying to get my daughters ears pierced. Now to go review Electra which was awesome, felt right at home there.

y'all know that while I lived in Corpus , a transfer from Cali, I had a Prince Albert, and a nipple piercing done, and had a tattooist named Jorge, way back in 2002, tattoo a skull and scythe on my fore arm. great place, from Cali .would like to go back to the gulf coast again, but life goes on. thanks guys.Lets go SD Padres...
