BEWARE THIS HYUNDAI TRIES TO COVER UP THEIR MISERABLE SERVICE WITH BRIBERY!! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN 25% OFF JUST FOR INACCURATE REPAIR AND SHIPPING TIMES, INADEQUATE COMMUNICATION, AND GETTING STRANDED WITHOUT THE SHUTTLE NOTIFIED!!! I had a horrible experience for a very simple repair. I dropped off my car (I had an appt) and was assigned an advisor, Cross. Just needed my rear wiring harness changed out and was told it would take two days for the parts to come in. Okay great. I told my advisor I would call back with my decision about keeping the car overnight. Called but left a message and didn't get a return. I called the next day and was told by someone different (Cross was not in) that my part had been ordered and everything was good to keep my car overnight. Next day, I called Cross and he was waiting for my decision whether I wanted the part ordered. EXCUSE ME?! I was told twice that it was ordered already and would arrive Friday. He backtracked and said oh yeah it will be here Friday and if not then it should be here Saturday. I don't get a call until TUESDAY saying the part arrived. Hmmm sounds like someone screwed up!Since my car was going to be ready that same day, I asked Cross to help me get a shuttle pick up. I waited and it NEVER came! I was soooo MAD! HOW DARE YOU FORGET ABOUT A PAYING CUSTOMER WHO DIDN'T HAVE A WAY TO PICK UP THEIR CAR?!?!I walked in to Hyundai after catching a different ride and he says "Oh I forgot to call the shuttle for you", "I'm sooo sorry", "I was so busy today I forgot". What a load of BS! And get this. I had to fight for a proper AAA 10% discount and he would only give me 25% off future service IF I gave him a perfectly scored survey. OH HELL NO! I'm never coming back here and everybody I know will hear about this. I've never been treated this poorly before anywhere!

DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA PACKAGES, DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA OIL CHANGES.By far one of the most shady companies I have ever bought from. The service center strait up refused my oil change because it was over 16000 miles. My mileage is 16056. I missed my "window" by 56 miles.When I bought the car I was told if I get the extended warranty that I get extra oil changes included for a total of 4. My car tells me I am due now so I call and they say no that's not their policy that can't go over 16k.The first man that answered the phone was very rude. The lady after him was nice and explained the policy but I was never told that I would be refused service if go over just a few miles of their "maintenance plan". If I knew then I would have gone earlier.I love my car I just wish I bought it somewhere else with a less shady company.

Went in to order a 2022. Salesman informed me it would cost MSRP plus $995 over. When I said I didn't want what that represented I was told sorry no choice. When I suggested the dealer was price gouging, he agreed . Then he had the nerve to say " dealers in San Antonio were adding $5000+" as if telling me they were screwing me but not as much as somewhere else made it ok.

My car is currently waiting to be repaired at this dealership. The Hyundai vehicle was towed to location on 7/27/2024 from a location 50 miles away on Hwy 44.Turns out a gas station filled my tank with contaminated fuel.7/29 called AN shop and was told my vehicle wasn't there. The later said they found it.I live 350 miles away from this CC location. AN said there were no loaner cars available for me to use. So I have rented a car out of Alice, TX where I was stranded.8/3 AN confirmed that the fuel was bad as I had informed them.8/5 I had to call AN to get an update. After I explained that I need & want my car repair ed, and that I will pay for it. Then finally got an estimate. I accepted the cost and when asked was told parts would take 5-7days and the repair completed by 8/15.8/12 Called to confirm parts received and repair on track. Put on hold to check... then told all parts received. Now when asked the repair may be completed by 8/20. In which I explained that the date was 5 days later than promised and my situation of having to drive a rental 350 mile to pickup my car was already complicated. Now this would delay another week to coordinate my work schedule. I was told that they would send me text to update further.8/14 I called to get a status up and confirm when to schedule my rental return. I just sat on hold for over 30 minutes.... wondering when I will get my car back

First I tried to schedule an oil change /8000 mile check up by phone. 8 calls later and left 2 messages no one called back we finally scheduled through the app. Took my car in at 11:00 and by 1:00 I learned it'd be 20 more min or so.. so I talked to the GM who had a HUGE attitude and was less than helpful or understanding. He blamed Carl the service guy for not telling me it would take 1.5-2 hours, which I find ridiculous when they have appointments every 30 min. He finally checked the number I called and it was to one of the service desks. So basically I was ignored 8x I called. Finally, upon meeting the Service manager he explained a lady quit on Friday and it was likely going to her phone. Scott was kind and apologetic which goes a lot further than the attitude of the GM!! Do better Auto Nation!!!

This place is the absolute worst at service and communication! Deserves no stars! They have had our car for FIVE months now!! It needs a new engine and all of this is covered under warranty, which we had to fight to prove we honored our maintenance on our car, that wasted TWO months and now another THREE months later the car is still not done!! How do they expect people to get to work, to medical appointments, etc, to have a vehicle at home for emergency purposes! We call all the time, can NEVER get the service manager to call us back to give an answer that makes sense, we ran it up to the GM of the dealership, more excuses! We have stood by Hyundais for over 20 years and bought many of them, but now they are letting us down terribly! We live in San Antonio and our car broke down in Corpus, we have rented a car to drive down there more than once to try to get answers, but still NO CAR!! If you can help it, do NOT go here as they obviously do NOT care one bit about Hyundai owners!! So very disappointed and frustrated, it's extremely sad to take advantage of retired veteran family this way!

I want to share my experience with this dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted outside by a salesman. I asked to test drive a vehicle which they happily obliged. Salesman offered to let me and my kids test drive vehicle alone which was nice. Upon return, I explained to salesman that in 15 years and 5 vehicles later, my wife and I had never done business locally cause local dealerships couldn't or wouldn't compete with out of town dealerships. Salesman assured me that he wanted my business and wouldn't lose it to an out of town dealership. He and his manager looked over my vehicle that I wanted to trade in and offered me a measly $21k for a 2015 GMC 3500 Denali. I informed salesman of what my max monthly payment could be which was anything under $500 (what my wife and I already had budgeted from previous vehicle). Salesman came back with a deal of over $650 a month on a new vehicle. I countered back with value of trade in and asked for $23k. I was informed that they weren't budging on the price so I got up and left. In the meantime, I was talking with a dealership south of Houston which is a 3 hr drive for me. The salesman there stated that he wanted to see the paperwork from Autonation and assured me he could beat their price. I sent him the paperwork and after looking it over, he suggested that I go with a lower trim level on the Hyundai Palisade to get a deal, an option that was never offered by Autonation. I texted salesman from Autonation to see if he could match the offer. Autonation did some work with another vehicle and was able to get me the monthly payment I wanted. BUT then I was contacted by salesman from the other dealership who stated he had found me a better vehicle with only 3k miles on it and it was a trim level higher and a better deal. After working the numbers, salesman from other dealership was able to get me a better deal. I called salesman from Autonation as a courtesy to thank him for the work that he had done but that the numbers were better at this other dealership. He started back tracking and saying how the used vehicle wouldn't offer any warranties (it did offer same warranties as a new Hyundai). He hung up with me and then 5 minutes later was texting me, offering to add $1k to my trade in value. I informed him that I had already put money down on the other vehicle to hold it until I could make it to the other dealership. Bottom line is that if Autonation hadn't insulted me with lowball offer on trade in value and really wanted my business, they wouldn't have fucked around and found out that people do shop around and are willing to drive further for a better deal.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to use their EV charger after calling to make sure I could. They had 2 of their own cars parked in front of it so the charger was inaccessible. I went in to ask if either of the cars could be moved. They said Service would move one, but I had to go back to Service myself and ask them to move it. Then a man came out and said the charger was reserved for their Hyundai customers--OF WHICH THERE WERE NONE! Don't go there.
