Never experienced such unprofessionalism. Took our car in and they had it for almost a month never fixing the issue we took it in for all while the service advisor Anna was rude to us almost every time when calling to ask about our car whenever trying to reach her at all was difficult. Spoke to Randy the service director and he said he would be taking it over and 4 days went by and he never called or text and went on vacation. Do yourself a favor and avoid the labor costs and go to a shop that had integrity not charge more labor than parts even when the issues aren't even fixed.

Oh my God please do not take anyone that is disabled with dogs in there just because I took a dog into Chevrolet Cadillac autonation and Corpus Christi a lady jumped up and started barking at me so I told her to get backup but I got the proper credentials to have a dog inside of a facelery and they just got out of hand they promised me tires that were brand new on paper and they turned out that I took it to a special place to have it Inspected and I was told that my tires were at 3 or 4 about to blow so I have the manager at that location and give me a print out of everything because I was told by these m************ that There were new tires then they weren't and I have to travel at least twice a month for Kingwood from Corpus Christi Texas and here I was relying on them . What you've done is a disgrace all of you are there are horrible people nasty To get up on a customer's face like that without knowing who the h*** they are you got something else coming bro well lossy for violating my civil rights and telling me that you would not service the car that I purchased cash 20000 from me guys that's messed up but it's OK cause I went to I traded your piece of s*** and got me a 2023 Kia Fully equipped safety features good service thank you guys at Parkway Kia family. Number one place to go they treat you like real family like a real person nothing hidden like a autonation Cadillac Or pes Christie and that's because I even call corporate dating one to cooperate they're all thieves. On June 13th I called and set up an appointment to have my wife's 2023 Traverse checked out. Its new and under warranty. I specifically noted to the service tech that answered the phone that I was from out of town (West of Sinton), and that its about an hour's drive to come in. I also advised I was going to wait at the facility while it was looked at/diagnosed and hopefully fixed. I asked if that was a problem and was told that was not a problem. Based on what I was told, I had my appointment set for June 17th @ 7am. (you say your calls are recorded...go back to June 13th around 10: 30 am and check for yourself.)Per my appointment date/time, on June 17th I arrived at the AutoNation South Chevrolet location a few minutes before 7 am. Waiting until after 7am, I went to the doors, since no one came outside and the doors were locked. The ladies were inside as well as a few 8others. I went back to my car and then they came and opened the doors. Still no one met me outside. I went in and they initially couldn't find my information, but did after some looking. They told me to go across the lot to another building to visit with Jason Wilson. I asked for him to come over here, but that didn't 8happen. I ended up driving over there to find and speak with him (Lack of Customer Service)He told me it would be 2 to 3 days for the car to even be looked at. I went over what I was told when I initially scheduled my appointment and basically it was a too bad/too sad event. I was told the girls over there did not know what to do.Again, I explained based off of originally setting the appointment and confirming said appointment was actually in fact an appointment, that is where the new car could get service, I made the almost hour trip in to be told the girls don't know what they are talking about and that it would be 2 to 3 days before the car could get looked at. (No Customer Service, Just Attitude)As the customer, whether the girls know what to do is irrelevant to me, that's an internal problem that should be addressed internally and not broadcast to the customers. As to 2 or 3 days, that wasn't what I was told when scheduling the appointment. Just thinking out loud for a minute.....The appointment was for what? That doesn't say much other than a blatant lack of customer service. Due to this and a total lack of customer service. I am out my time (2 hours), money and efforts to have warranty work done only to be messed around like this.Chevrolet customers/AutoNation customers deserve better that that. That is just not right. Again, it was a too-bad/too-sad affair.Lest we not forget, customers are the reason businesses are in business and stay in business. Customers are the reason for and what drives the sale/s of vehicles. Customers are the reason for and why/where repair of vehicles are performed. Without customers NONE of that works! Right, Am I forgetting something? Mess customers around and see them go elsewhere. All of this and you could have stepped up to the plate and done the right thing. But, that didn't happen! I was intimidated to look for a new car, but Johnny Luna made it enjoyable and worthwhile. Johnny answered all of my product questions about the previously owned car and overcame my objections by providing solutions that exceeded my expectations. Even after the day that I drove off with my new car, he is still following up to get me every item that we agreed to. I will go back to buy my next car from Mr Luna when the time comes.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Auto Nation. After my truck was towed to the dealership for the third time on June 4th, 2024, I was met with total silence for over 7 days. Despite leaving numerous messages and reaching out to the corporate office, I received no response. Even the service advisor assigned to me, B.J., failed to reach out or offer any assistance. It was only on June 11th, 2024, that I found some relief when a service advisor named Roland finally provided the help I needed. However, the promises of improved communication from the GM, Leo, and Vick, unfortunately, did not materialize. Despite constantly reaching out for updates, the lack of communication persisted for 24 days, with no one taking the initiative to keep us informed. B.J.'s neglect of her duties was particularly disappointing. If given the chance, I would not choose Auto Nation again, and I urge others to seek service elsewhere.

Absolutely the WORST car buying experience that I have ever had in my life! Buyers BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2024 Corvette Z06/Z07 at $25,000 over MSRP and was never told about any warranty restrictions. I now have the opportunity to order a 2025 Corvette ZR1, so I thought I would sell the Z06 as I do not need both. I found out that if I sell the Z06, the warranty is null & void. No one @ this dealership told me anything about this, nor did I sign any agreement to such terms. I have tried contacting them dozens of times and they will not return my calls. I have spoken w/ a GM representative, and they said that they are filing a complaint against them for not having me sign the warranty restriction agreement, but this does me no good at all. The fact that they will not return my calls after buying a nearly $200,000 car from them tells you everything that you need to know about this dealership! Again, BUYERS BEWARE!

I found a truck online and called immediately to reserve it. I explained to them that I would put down a deposit to do whatever I had to hold it. The Truck was in TX and I had planned on flying in from ND. I was discussing with them over a week on the steps we were taking to come and purchase the vehicle. The dealership did not call me until 8 or 9 days after the initial discussion of holding the vehicle that it was previously sold. By this point I had already been talking with their finance manager and sales manager about the payment and final details. The dealership sold the vehicle out from under me and did not tell me until day 10. I had already purchased my non-refundable plane ticket and everything. This could have been avoided by a simple phone call. I understand mistakes get made, but they made several and I will NEVER be doing business with any Autonation due to how these clowns handled this situation.

Took a day and a half to attempt to repair the brakes on my 2020 GMC PICK-up (with only 37500 mikes). Made appointment online, dropped off the truck and after a day and a half, I picked it up with the brakes being worse than when I dropped it off. The service advisor's, as well as the company's voicemail system would hang up on me when trying to reach someone about the issue. Left several messages with a different service advisor, but I never received a call back. Had to return the following day to have them figure out how they screwed up. Meanwhile, while my truck is at the dealership, I get a call from there call center asking when I would like to make an appointment to bring my truck in for service... "Ma'am! You currently have my truck there!" "We do? So sorry!"As I'm waiting to hear how they screwed up the over-priced repair, I have to listen to my service advisor's TikTok videos being played on his phone. He should probably be figuring out how to set up his voice mail, but that is obviously not a concern.
