Came in for a haircut- came out with a great experience!The owner- Ambrose Gonzales was SO helpful in getting me started with hair and nails and a "brown dada mud scrub" which smelled strange but felt just wonderful- he claims he makes himself fresh every day and I believe him! It was so wonderful and invigorating! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great unique experience!

First time getting my hair colored. I had an amazing experience with Jackie and am looking forward to my next appointment! She was very nice and was very informative on how to take care of my hair afterwards and what she was doing during the process.

I have thinning fine hair. I asked for tape in extensions to lessen heat damage/breakage from putting my hair up. I continuously had them installed over the course of 10 months. I did this ONLY because my stylist repeatedly assured me that my hair was getting thicker and filling in. I decided to take a break (because they are so pricey) and told her not to put them back in and trim my hair. My hair was sooooo beyond damaged! She was so aggressive I think with taking them out that it ripped all of my hair out! I started at my shoulders...it was up around my ears! And now I have a correction cut that looks like "a Karen" (from a different salon) because that's all that could be done. I'm sorry to say I tipped her 25% every time thinking she had treated me well. She is a liar! Her name is Leighann I shared pics to show the difference in length.

I came for a simple trim to get rid of the dead ends and make my hair look more healthy. Upon leaving the salon $65 (plus tip) later, my hair looked exactly the same but a little shorter... I think maybe the stylist used the wrong technique to cut my hair because usually taking 2 inches off my hair makes a huge difference.The salon itself is cute compared to other salons in Corpus, but the setup kind of reminds me of a SuperCuts. The stylist was friendly.I won't come back to get my hair cut here again.. it was a low-quality haircut for a designer salon price.

I came to this salon recently for a haircut, coloring, and blow dry. I had a very positive experience! My stylist was very friendly and professional. She brought my hopelessly frizzy, fried hair back to life! The stylist explained everything she was doing and applying to my to my hair -- and the rationale for doing it. She also gave me very useful recommendations on drug store and high-end products I could use on my hair, depending on my budget. I walked out of the salon feeling the happiest I've ever been about my hair! :) I definitely plan on visiting this salon again!

my friend had a very bad experience at this place with trying to have extensions put in. they did a horrible job. It did not look professionally done. It was awful not even the color matched with her natural hair there was just a lot of issues. My friend paid a lot of money and was never refunded or anything like that and at the end of everything since they were not correctly put into her hair she still had to go and get them removed so not only is she out close to $2000 she does not have extensions in her hair and now she cannot even be put reviews to let everybody know this is not a place to try to have extensions professionally done because apparently they can keep removing the bad reviews.. which is why she trusted them,, because there was no bad reviews,, now we know why, they just keep removing them..

Highly recommend if needing a haircut for curly hair to try Atelier Salon:) huge credit to Mallory who helped me get the desired style for the summer and just in general.. I haven't cut my curly head in two years and the outcome came out perfect :)) thank you for amazing service and recommendations! Here are some pics from before and after my cut a well deserved tip!

Not friendly front desk staff. Called me asking to remove my reviews but they went ahead removed my review. Do not go there for anything. Do not go there for extension. They did a horrible job on me twice and cut my real hair and gave me bangs which I did not ask for. When I got the weft extensions put in they did not match my hair color. so they went back in to match the weft extensions they installed which left me with black hair and destroyed wefts completely the opposite of what I asked for. They even wanted me to order tape ins for the sides of my head and those as well were the wrong color. They did not bother refunding me on anything $2,000 down the drain. The girl that did my hair was jasalynn. Although she was nice I don't think she got the message that wasn't what I was looking for. I hope in the future this doesn't happen to anyone. I want to be honest and upfront since I didn't get a refund or was satisfied with the outcome.

I have to tell you Alyssa is extremely talented. I just met her and I got the best haircut ever!

I wouldn't go back to this salon. This was my first visit and wanted to give a try.My hair stylist dropped the towel I had on my hair after shampoo and picked it up and dried my hair again. That was shocking to me. I have thick hair and usually take longer than other people but my appointment was at 1pm and I stepped out from salon at 1:40 pm... you know the result for my cut... awful! I gave her about 15% tip for $70 service fee but I really thought she did not deserve it for her service.
