Aspire Allergy & Sinus - Victoria

Terribly place. Has been since 2018. Would give 0 stars if could. I'm glad I went to the Bigger cities where I see some Professionalism in the allergy office. No accountability for them making mistakes. All they seem to care about is money , they don't follow up on patients care.

I asked the head nurse Mary to SHIP my son's allergy vials back to our doctor. They instead MAILED our vials in August which was misplaced by the post office for a week. The vials were no longer good. Victoria Asthma refused to take any responsibility for this. Was yelled at repeatedly by the office nurse how it was my fault. They refused to replace our medicine and since we could no longer claim it for insurance was out over $600.00. Left a message with the office accountant about this and never received a return call.
