Ashmore Paint

Very close store to my rental homes. Bought several hundred dollars worth of paint, stain and supplies in recent months. One day, bought a gallon that was not mixed properly and 'associate' was useless to resolve the matter. Gave me a customer service phone number. I called and was informed the base stain formula had not changed and was most likely an error on their end. Went back to re-mix and problem solved. Why, after all these months, I get one little problem and I'm dumped on a corporate line? And when I went back, just accusatory comments and goofy remarks about MY role in transaction. Unbelievable that a store with such a long history in Six Points Area would be such a disappointment. And solving the issue was so simple. Comments are describing one person, the rest of the crew seems helpful, but apparently she is the one they look to for guidance. Pathetic and sad, but good news for other location, as I will be moving business purchases over there.

I have been trading at Ashmore since 2005 when I bought my house. Quality paint and great customer service may cost a little more than the box stores, but it's worth every cent. All I have to do is call them up every 5 years or so and they always have my particular paint information in their database - niiiice! And it's great to keep it local. Highly recommend.

I went to Ashmore paint com in the 1970ties to have framing. Still have those paintings and they are gorgeous. I no longer live in cc , but am delighted that Ashmore is still around doing their quality work.

The awesome people at Ashmore paints made a perfect match to a bucket of Benjamin Moore paint from 12 years ago, that they no longer carry. I had to touch up some walls, and the paint matched absolutely perfectly, so I did not have to repaint the whole space. I seriously couldn't believe it. So happy for their service.

Previous owner, Stewart, now owns store again. Great store with great service! Very knowledgeable staff. Stands behind products. Highly recommend!
