This review is only about the way Artisian pools conducted themselves after a problem with thier pool cleaning service was brought to thier attention.To give a little back ground, I have personally called the store 2 times in the past to report a dissatisfaction with thier employee who services my pool. I will not go into detail about the problems because issues happen all the time. During both calls the manager Mark I think, said he would talk to the owner abut the problem and assured me that I was not wrong and the practices that I mentioned were not in the spirt of the services rendered. After the second call, he then stated that he would give the owner my number. I never received a phone call but they did replace the service tech. Weeks went by with no major issues. I did notice that another issue came up with the service and honestly as a business owner myself, I would want to know when my employees are not following my standard practice. I again called, not asking for a discount or even that he send his guy back, just a little courtesy as a customer that the money I was spending was taking a little bit more seriously then the product of was receiving.Again, I talked to the manager he said he would pass my number in to the owner. This time I did mention our history and how I was not really excited about calling about things but it was completely obvious that the job was not getting done. I ask if he thought I was lying about it and he said no that they never had any problems before. I sent him pictures of my pool just after his guy left. Again no call back. This time they just decided not to show up anymore or answer our phone calls. The phone call thing was funny because both of us have 305 area codes and it went to voicemail. But when I called with a local number they picked up. I just tried again. Maybe I am wrong or maybe not. But the fact is my pool unbeknownst to me was not getting cleaned for two weeks until I returned from vacation. I was a mess and cost me a little bit in chemicals to balance her out.So I would like to say thank you for fixing the problems with the pool. Your concern for quality and customer satisfaction really show. I hope you change your attitude towards customer complaints! Good luck with your business and for opening up competition in your industry that in the long run will force people like you to mind your customers.

Nate and His Father-in-law have taught us how to take care of our pool. Previous owners were using a company to take care of the pool, the wrong way. We go to them first, every time. This family is in the business of helping!

Tried on several occasions to get a proper quote and get things going, however they were always too busy. I'm not sure what the issue was with them refusing to help us, but we wouldn't need financing. Also, the only one who seems to know anything going on would be Nathan. The other guys answering the phone are just not informed or up to date with whatever is going on, so if you ask too many questions, they will give you an attitude and a false answer just to get you off the phone. We will definitely be using one of their more professional competitors now.

This is the best and most honest pool company in town. Although they did not build our pool (I wish they would have), they have been extremely helpful to show us how to maintain the water, and equipment (which our builder did not). They have fixed our pump under a warranty that we did not know we even had, saving us hundreds of dollars. We will be using them for all future service and chemicals and I recommend you do to.Thanks Artisan Pools!

We are new to pool ownership and have a learning curve. Artisan has been so friendly and helpful with our learning. They are patient and a wealth a knowledge for a new pool owner. I love their giving spirit and not aggressive for a sale. They are my go to guys for any help I need and no they did not put the pool in. The company that did put in the pool is never in a hurry to return calls or seem to want our business.
