I'd leave zero stars if it were an option. This company told us a fridge part would be in in a "few days" and they would need to remove a piece of wood around the fridge. The part took 2.5 weeks and multiple calls prodding them. When it finally arrived, they came 2 hours late, the rude repair person walked in, looked at the fridge and said "let us know when you remove the wood" and began to walk out of the house. When I said "you told us you'd remove it" he completely ignored me and continued walking out. I'm buying an entirely new fridge rather than deal with this odious company.

The technician was dispatched with the wrong address. Did not show up, did not call. When I called the office "ROSE" said he had the wrong street name, said he already went to his next job and he would be there when he gets there. Nothing but attitude toward me, nothing apologetic, zero concern and zero resolution.Asked for next available appt and she said it was ANOTHER week out.I spelled out my address at least 2 times when I made the initial appointment? They have my phone number, yet didn't call when they couldn't find their customer?"Rose" does not need to be taking customer's phone calls, that's certain.Called Discount Repair and he was available the next morning and much less expensive...

DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE REPAIR BUSINESS BECAUSE YOUR REPAIRS WILL NOT GET DONE!! The only reason for 1 star is because I couldn't give them anything lower. My home warranty called them out to repair my washing machine around Oct. 12, 2022. Gentleman showed up on time looked at washing machine and told me he would have to order some parts (did not say what parts he was ordering). He said it would take 7 to 9 business days and I expressed my concern that it was a long time to wait on parts but paid him service call fee. After nine business days I called Arrow back and spoke with the woman who answered and she told me the parts would be in the following Tuesday which was an additional 5 days. When Tuesday came I called again and she told me she would have to get the technician to call me back. In the meantime I get email from my home warranty saying if I did not respond with seven days they would consider my claim closed. I called them back and they said they had heard nothing from Arrow so they had not approved any repairs. The next day I called Arrow back and said they needed to submit paperwork to home warranty and lady again said she would let the technician know. After multiple calls to Arrow and my home warranty company my washing machine is still not repaired (and it is Nov. 11, 2022). My home warranty company said they were going to report Arrow and then called another repairman who showed up within 30 minutes and states he will have my machine working by Monday at latest.

This has been just an awful experience. Long story short, it's been 4 months for them to fix our freezer after ordering the wrong parts and not following up. They did not order the part and when speaking to the owner, Sean, his excuse is he is running multiple calls a day and forgot to order the part. He hung up on me when I was trying to express my concern. His words were, "we're done here". Then he commented saying after he has already been paid and contracted by the home warranty company he doesn't have to come fix the fridge if I give him a hard time. He refused to apologize for lack of service and competence to fix the freezer which he has already been paid. We have been more than patient, we have had to call them every single time, and if we hadn't called them today after a month they would just have never showed up to fix it. The fact he hung up and threatens to not finish a job he has been paid for is totally unprofessional and appalling. Self-accountability is lacking still in shock.

Technician didn't show up. When I called the company I was told he called me on my cellphone but it didn't go through. I was also told he came to my home but I wasn't home which is false. I'm a SAHM I was home and have Ring cameras so I don't miss things. The company sends him back out. He was extremely unprofessional upon his arrival takes 2 minutes to try to turn the washing machine on and watch the drum . At which point he tells me that he doesn't understand why the drum is fighting him which is fascinating because as I'm standing there with him the drum isn't even spinning which is also what I told him from the start. I clearly can see by his behavior that he does not want to work on this washing machine. He tells me all of a sudden that I just need a new washing machine and there's nothing he can do . He did NOTHING else to the machine. The company charges an $89 diagnostic fee. When I called the repairman out on the nonsense of him only looking at it for 2 minutes he proceeds to tell me that I'm being hostile and insults me in various other ways and leaves my home. When I call the company I was told that someone else would come out but shortly after that phone call the owner Jack called me to tell me that they were going to pass on the . I was stunned to say the least. Save yourself the trouble and the drama because this seems to be a pattern of behavior for this company anyway .

Absolute worst in town. Made appt and did not show up or even call. After taking the afternoon off from work for a 2-5 appt time, I called at 4:30 and lady said he was running late...no show. After 5 pm all calls go to voice mail and no calls were ever returned. I had to make the call and rescheduled and the only credit I would give is that a tech showed up. He looked at refrigerator and then said he doesn't know how to work on thermador and that was out of here! He was so unprofessional. that company will never step another foot in our home!

Called this company to have this guy jack waste my day. He forgot to put the order in, really!?So he gets a call back, admits he screwed up and then complains about having to deal with a hostile attitude. This is as he tells us he's the owner and his granddaughter blah blah blah. Excuse you! You made the error jack.Then some chick rings the doorbell ring, runs back to her car, the landlord comes out, stands on the stoop and she drives off. Rediculous. But, I guess you can afford to tell customers you had waiting 3 hrs. to look elsewhere for service. I should looked at your rating. It's wrong u should get zero stars

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO I WOULD! NEVER EVER USE. I agree with previous posts! They say they are waiting for a part, but after I questioned them because they said it would be in, I asked for a tracking number and not one was available? I asked does the office have one? No! Everyday I had to call them for a status on the part and when I did finally get the part was in, they scheduled me for their "next available!". More waiting, then as I was asking for a call before arriving, I get hung up on. Call back, voicemail! UNPROFESSIONAL. Then call the repair guy and tell him, he says no, the phones must be "acting up". BS! Getting the repair done, been without a dryer for two weeks, recording them in my house for no further mistakes! and then kicking them out of my house! WORST COMMUNICATION! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

This has got to be the worst appliance repair company I have EVER dealt with. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They treated my grandmother with absolutely no respect.
