I would give Ariza 10 stars if I could! My husband and I lived here for 3 years & unfortunately we have to move for family reasons. The Ariza team is so understanding and really care for their residents! Alyssa, Madison,Clarissa & Ronnie from maintenance always had a smile when I would see them! Even though I did not go to many resident events, Matt & his wife always would above & beyond to make fun events for the residents! You get monthly newsletters via email for the announcements. Of course like any apartment complex, there can be issues in the apartment, as far as ac, leak in bathroom and change of doorknobs. The maintenance team is just a call or service request away & they will try to fix it or address the issue as soon as possible. I will miss Ariza & the team. So if you wanna love where you live, come live at Ariza

This apartment is a mess. There is constantly problems like this and this is just one of many things that has happened with this apartment complex. This is not luxury living at all.

Since living here for 2 years we've had trouble with ants and spiders in our apartment from when we first moved in and I've had spiders in and on my car. When I request for a service to be done they mark it as complete when it's not, the only time they actually do it is when my boyfriend has to make the request instead of me. The parking lot sucks, management never picks up the phone and doesn't do my service requests, walls are thin, the front gate is always broke, I don't recommend living here.

So far it has been a great experience living here. The management is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend these apartments 100%.

Great staff and an awesome property manager. Also great job to the 2 maintenance guys they have here they are very friendly and always checking to see if there is anything you may need. The Floor plans are very open and you get a very homelike feeling ever time you walk through your door. They held nothing back when designing the inside of these apartments. You jus have to come see for yourself to much to write. Love it here...

6 months of hell. the entire complex floods because of bad draining. mosquitos are 8 times worse than anywhere. cant walk dogs due to standing water. dogpark full of shit CONSTANTLY. no one ever cleans. run out of bags always. walls are paper thin. plumbing can be heard thru walls. washer, microwave and garbage disposal never worked properly. lights blew out constantly, days to get a lightbulb. the icemakes NEVER WORKED RIGHT. took 7 times to fix, arguments and then finally still broke. maintenance has no clue. manager will slop sugar on you but stab you in the end. front desk has intelligence of a knat but sweet until she isnt. asst mgr .. idk why? just repeats corporte rules like a robot... mail room is nasty, doors are impossible to open, pool is swarmed w outside guests children . fireworks shot, mud everywhere and trash is hard to pick up, trash dumpsters are always stinky and full... gouge you fro electricity and trash and water.... and when you leave they make up stories of replacing carpet and walls and charge you thousands to replace.... horrible comapny.. i hope they go bankrupt and owners fall of thir yacht to be eaten by sharks

STAY AWAY!!!! -The first day,my apartment flooded because they didn't even check if the washer was plugged in right.-You can hear everything through the walls -Other people were smoking weed -there was a leak in my ceiling -my apartment smelled like smoke -always had spiders -I lost some of my clothes to mold around the closet -Had weevils On top of that I had to pay so much to stay in TRASH I can't put all of the pictures ...

Lived here for over a year (Feb 2021-March 2022). Had no issues at all. I am Active Duty Military and have lived in over 10 apartments, in various locations. When renting I look for a few things, safety and security, accessible parking, washer and dryer in unit and little to no noise level. All of the aforementioned I found at Ariza. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was resolved in a timely manner. While I was away for two weeks, a bird decided to make a nest on my balcony. The Maintenance people had no issues with removing the nest. The only issue I had here was with dog owners who refuse to clean up after their pets. Would 100% recommend living here.

Since living here at FIRST it was sunshine and rainbows that's how they get you. Then boom really bad ant problem they really do come out the walls and the sealed windows and doors. It doesn't matter how much you scrub, clean and disinfect they still pop up outta no where. And boom walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs all throughout the night barking and yapping. But wait don't even get me started on the pet fees these apts charge $600 each pet plus a monthly fee, plus pet insurance. Also not once but multiple times have I seen vandalism throughout the complex of people getting their wheels and tires stolen, people getting tires slashed, windows broken into. For being how expensive this place is and it's only going up it's so so so SHITTYYYY. There's supposed to be a " courtesy officer" pay attention reall close to the quotation marks because I have nevvverr not once since that person. And boom also they charge like a bunch of stupid fees so instead of it being like a reasonable price on rent it's like 200 bucks more. A million outta ten DO NOT recommend. The only reason they are in that bend magazine or whatever is because if you put a positive review on their yelp page you get put into a raffle for like 50 bucks. The only good thing is that the maintenance is nice.
