Arby's

The food is amazing. The service is also amazing. The bathroom is also clean and the way that the restaurant is built is just the best way that people could have but there is only one stall which means a long line and a long line means multiple people will potty on themself

I went to Arbys today before 4p. I ordered at the register and saw a roach on the counter. I loudly said "roach" and he kindly swiped the roach with his hand onto the side of the register. And he says, sorry. Wow.

I decided to try Arby's today. Everybody's talking stuff about them so I wanted to see for myself. First I downloaded their app and ordered my food fm there because on D. Dash the same 14.69 meal would cost me 30+ for delivery with no tip, so I drove. Got there 15 min early so they had no clue of my order. I showed it on my phone and the girl said "it's pending". I said it's de-pending on you giving me my food. No she says "the payment is pending", please come in. After parking, I checked my Apple Card to see. Sure it was there $14.96 pending for Arby's. Enter establishment with arm extended phone in hand. Again she said, the payment is still pending. Not realizing it's only pending because the transaction is not completed ie.. give me my food. Long story shorter, I had to wait 10 mins till it showed up on their screen. They clearly needed the "I'm here already button" like mot stores have. Anyway, got the food and made it home. Ordered the wagyu steak, burger, meal, and Ruben. The burger had red in the center which was impressive but it was still not soft and juicy like a regular Grub burger. A bit dry too. Tried the curly fries (not for me). The Ruben was my fail safe and Wes delicious as usual but the cook only put meat in the middle. I could only eat the part that had meat in it. I guess that made it "low carb"? Next time I'll only order the Ruben with double meat (delicious)!! ‍

Didn't know we had a location here in the city. Service is great. Only issue I have is with the drive thru. The road is really bad and full of pot holes. They need to repave the whole parking lot and drive thru. No one way arrows so be carful when you pull in. Road is very bad = 4 stars here at this franchise location.

I like to enjoy the afternoon special, less people, they are not busy that you can get better service and care. ordered some dollar bites and their signature curls fries, felt very relaxed.

Yummmmm. My favorite is the jalapeño poppers with the bronco berry sauce!!! Of course you can't go wrong with the curly fries either

Lost 3 stars. 1-Staff is uncoordinated and slow as a result of bad management. 2-Free WiFi gone with new remodel. 3-Replaced Pepsi products with Coca Cola Products.

Walked right out. Employees extremely unenthusiastic and were providing no customer service. People waiting in line and manager took no effort to correct or assist.Icing on the cake, standing inline and another customer cuts right in from if me.. staff did nothing.

Have not been here in a long craving while...walked in to an awesome remodeled FAST food ( two minute wait) and kind customer service!

They have the meats :)I always stop at this place when I'm on that side of town, there's only one Arby's so that's the place I got to go.I like my food hot and always get it that way here when I ask for it to be freshly made, the staff does not give you a snotty look rolling of the eyes, when you ask for freshly made, like other places do that
