Aransas Princess Condominiums

The ABSOLUTELY best time we have ever had in Port A. We go several times a year and stay a different places. This place by far was the BEST! The condo was spacious, the views were like none other, it was very clean and when you walk in, you feel like you are home! It was very nicely decorated: beachy with a lil home feeling! The staff was amazing, it was a short drive to town but not to close to the chaos of Port A night life. I recommend this place and we will stay again only at 410!

This is unit 608. As you can see, this unit is terribly outdated and not clean for the price. WiFi is even worse. Don't spend your hard earned money on this one until it gets totally redone.

This place has everything: great views, easy beach access, two pools, covered parking and friendly staff! The condo I stayed in was roomy and fully stocked.

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN NEAR THE BEACH. entire family went down for a reunion, and almost every room had some sort of foul smell, plumbing issue, no linens (and you didn't get any if you asked either), no phones in the room if you needed to call down for HELP when the toilet started to flood!!! This place is soooo gross. Most folks can only write a review on probably just one room. I CAN WRITE ABOUT SEVERAL! About 4+ rooms all had to constantly be tended to due to zero upkeep, cleaning, and an overwhelming amount of negligence. You can't go down to the seedy crack headed like office and beg for help or credit or anything because you then are blamed for all the problems in EVERY ROOM!! WTF? Ummm no. I will continue to write a very truthful and blatant review until someone front that place does something about it. I have many recordings, pictures etc. they will all be going up! ZERO STARS. IF I COULD.

We have stayed here before but have never had an experience like this. The day after we arrived they came to clean our room to see when we were leaving (we were staying for 4 days). The 3rd day the manager on property came to our room and told us our reservation was up. Again, per our reservation agreement, we stayed through night 4 after explaining for a second time. Making mistakes can be understood, but unprofessional, rude, impatient management is unacceptable for a place like the Aransas Princess. Get a beach house or head somewhere else...at least until ownership gets management under control. The beach and Port A are absolutely amazing, but look elsewhere.

Update to the review below: A happy ending. I spoke with Mark Admire to see if there was anything he could do to waive the cancellation policy, and he was able to work some sort of magic to resolve this and refund the entire amount. Do not book here if you're not able to predict a your father having a stroke and expect a refund. My mother and father were booked for a week, when my father had a stroke two days prior to their scheduled arrival. My mother called to cancel the day he had the stroke and the property has refused to refund over $1400.00. Awful people taking advantage of senior citizens.

I would like to add that I received a refund for the day that we did not have water. I appreciate the facility for the refund.

Living like a rock star in unit 410. This was the first time I have ever stayed in a place with my own personal full body massage chair and pin ball machine in the unit. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Great views of the beach and the pools. Everyone was so nice. I will defiantly be going back to this place again.

Mixed review for the Aransas Princess. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, updated and had a great view. However, I had to wash every pot, pan, glass and dish before we could us the kitchen, everything was noticeable dirty. There were dust bunnies along the base boards and a dirty sports bra in the master bedroom closet. Housekeeping should really be reviewed by management.Once I got the condo cleaned up we went outside to the pool only to find out that the exterior of the building is under construction. All day everyday from the pool all you hear are jackhammers, saws and construction noise. Lastly, the Aransas Princess has very unfriendly, demeaning check list you must complete (upon threat of being charged) and return at check out. Been a lot of place in and out of US, never had to do this.

We rented from VBRO and it was much cheaper. Great area and beautiful views. Going back for 2 weeks this time!
