Was looking to buy a few hand tools, which i didnt end up getting due to a really rude staff and over pricing. Manager acted like he was to good to give me prices (no hand tools have prices on them so he would make up as he went) an didn't care to sale me anything.... Will never go back

i pawned a few items and when i went to pick them up they were all messed up.. xbox controller had chew marks in the wire it looked like a rat ate it upa very expensive berserk anime box set was messed up.. the box was all crushed inand part of it was torni also had 3 ps4 games battlefield hardline (cracked)mortal kombat x (cracked)and dragon age (case buckled in) everything was very tightly wrapped with plastic wrap and that caused the controller on top to push down over time and crush everything under it .. i walked out of the store got into my car and while driving off had my wife take the wrap off and inspect to find it all busted i went right back in and they were VERY VERY rude.. telling me they werent replacing it nor paying for it.. they told me the best they would do is give me 20 dollars of STORE CREDIT after i just paid 60 to get it all out. at the time two of those games had just come out and that was $60 each and the anime box set that was trashed cost close to $100when i told them that was unacceptable they told me that i was shit out of luck and they would not budge and all 3 of the clerks working at the time began talking trash being very rude and telling me that i was an idiot and that my and i quote "white trash ass" was trying to cheat them. i later called the store manager and he was VERY rude too.. i told him that i would contact an attorney if i neededhe replied with GO AHEAD hire several.. hire 10 of them HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you cant do shit. i very strongly suggest that you do not go to this pawnshop and tell everyone you know to not waste your time with these fucking crooks that DO in fact openly and willingly buy stolen items.
