Looking for appliances and Danny really helped us out. She is super informative on all the appliance manufacturers. A little hidden gem of a locally owned & operated store. Rather give them our business than a big box store. Check them out if you ever need an appliance.

Wow! Service beyond my greatest expectations. These guys take pride in their work and it shows from the moment one of their technicians arrive at your home. Rudy who was the technician that came to my home was personable, helpful and efficient...he did a great job installing a new dishwasher and took my old one with him when he left.I can't be more happy with Appliance Pro.

Overall, the service was great. My oven was broken, so I called on a Friday morning and got an appointment for Monday morning - for this town, that's amazing. The repair guy arrived on time, fixed what he could, and called his office to order the parts he needed. And he was back the following Monday to finish up - he seemed to know what he was doing, which was like a breath of fresh air. The two service calls and the part were just under $280. The part alone would have cost me $135/shipping if I would have ordered it online, but they only charged $129.50 so the markup, if any, on the part was minimal. With that in mind, it was a tad under $150 to get a competent professional to come out to my house twice - not bad. And now my $1,200 oven works like new!

Appliance Pro has repaired some of my older appliances. Also purchased new washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer.They show up on time, know how to fix stuff, understand their products, have competitive prices, and are local. There, I'm treated like a customer rather than waiting for an hour to be "helped" by a big box robot.Even though their prices are as good as big box, I'd pay more for local responsiveness and competence.

Have used several times; service techs always professional and knowledgeable. Bought a speed queen washer today with 5 year warranty. Can be serviced locally by this company. will follow up when we have some usage on the washer.

I can't complain about their speed of repairs. They usually have things repaired in a couple of days. My concern is the efficiency of their repairs. I've had 3 appliances repaired at Appliance Pro. Two out of Three have had problems. Their solution today was for me to return the machine. I'm 72, live alone, and spent some time wrestling the machine in the house. There is no way, especially in this heat, that I am going to wrestle the machine back into my truck and back to Appliance Pro. I think my next visit will be to the next business on the Best of the Best list. 2 out of 3 problem repairs is all I can handle. Good luck.
