I usually love local Applebees in my zone. But this one majorly dropped the ball. My first clue was when the bar was completely dead during lunch.The one near me is always slammed. The bartender mentioned a new watermelon marg, which I enjoyed. I also enjoyed the sweet and spicy grilled chicken. But that is where the good points end. The bartender hardly came around, and when she did, she would push some charity for a lemonade stand. I donate only to charities I know personally. When I asked to cash out, she asked If I was going to donate. I responded not today. Instead of cashing me out, she walked off. How rude! I had to flag her down and remind her I was ready to check out. There is no quicker way to run off customers than pushing unknown charities and acting rude when they decline.I don't see ever returning to this location. I work hard, and when I'm in this area I want to relax and not get badgered about donations.

Took mom out for a quick lunch to this fun restaurant. One of the few in the area in which you can have a reasonable conversation with out booming music and people attempting talking over the sound! At least at lunch anyway. Tons of TVs and usual Applebees decor. I had the oriental chicken salad lunch version , mom had the basal tomato soup (she loved it) and my wife had the cheese burger well done and liked it very much. I really enjoyed my salad and frankly for the price, it can't be beat! I will be back for the happy hour and more munchies!

The server was excellent. The food was not... We ordered Holiday Special, Steak n shrimp. Ordered steak MR ... could of ordered it raw and it still would be Tough! And the cilantro rice was Extremely Dry... awful. Just threw away 20 bucks. Don't think I'll be back.

We have considered Applebee's a consistent standby restaurant. We have been disappointed with the past 2 visits. We gave it a second try just because we wanted it to be a bad night but visit 2 was as bad as visit 1. 1. Music was deafeningly loud. 2. Meal took over 30 minutes to get to our table. It was not an overly busy night. 3. My husband's steak was so tough i had to use a sharpened butcher knife to cut it for the dogs. The manager gave us a discount on our meal, but they would have had to pay us for the lost time for us to feel compensated.

Arrived for dinner at about 5:30 pm. The waitress was very nice and attentive. Our appetizers were half off thanks to happy hour. I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken and it's a must try!

They didn't want to help us move our tables, constantly moved our seats, and they moved us to a table that hadn't even been cleaned yet. Customer service was bad and the workers were just plain disrespectful.

Been sitting here for 15 minutes before we were greeted that's with the manager and other coworkers were standing in the back laughing and talking. After asked what we wanted to drink and finally got our drinks they were brought to us in dirty cups. When we got our food my chicken alfredo had no flavor and then my boyfriends steak was way undercooked had to be sent back. Very poor customer service not once were we asked how the food was or if we needed anythin. Multiple servers walked by until someone finally notice we had been waiting for our check. Very poor customers service.
