My wife and I took a trip as history bluffs to Goliad, Texas and stayed at a local family owned hotel. The place is nice and for a small place it has a lot going for it. The room has a large TV, DishTV, microwave, iron and board, coffee machine in room. Mini fridge. The beds are surprisingly comfy and had good pillows. It has a desk and a table. The bathroom is small and the alarm clock is across the room. Our only real complaint when we were there was our phone was broken. The staff was nice but only meet one of the people. His family bought the place in 1984 and have run it since then. The breakfast was skimpy with a waffle maker, some cereal, honey buns, coffee and some juice. While non smoking now it does have a lingering smell of smoke from years. It is well lit and easy to spot at night and right near everything we came to see. I saw a few complaints but we didn't really have the issues and we stayed two nights for under $150.00. The shower head is not super powerful but as Austin, where we are from has the water issues it was nice just to shower and drink the water.I would stay here again if we come back.

We were pleased with our experience at Antlers Inn. They allowed an early check in when we arrived sooner than expected and before the 2 o'clock check in. Our room was clean and quiet. Thank you

We have stayed more than once at this hotel. It has become our go-to hotel in Goliad when we are looking for a weekend away. The beds are comfortable. The management are nice and they work with you when you need accommodations. Don't pass them by! Call them and stay!

In the area and need a place to crash then the Antlers is su casa. Nothing fancy but a lot better than the other options in Goliad based on pricing. Reserve a room not facing the street and you definitely want the 2nd floor. Need a bath map request one at the front desk (this ain't the 4 seasons ya all). Pro tip: walls are thin so... The TV does have a gazillion channels. Nothing fancy but AOK for a night or two...

Worst hotel I've stayed at. Dead bugs on the floor. Filthy bathroom and I found blood splattered all over the door. There was definitely a reason I was the only one staying there like a fool. Stay away from there. It makes me feel sorry for them that it's that bad

Service is friendly. A little dated but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Cold A/C. A nice place to stay! The price was definitely right! We only had one problem. The first key they gave us didn't work. They took care of it right away. We will definitely recommend and stay here again!!

It's an old Days Inn with bad management. We didn't get the room we reserved and they tried to be shady with the price we were offered for a wedding party. Shady dealings and average accommodations.
