Went to take my new kitty (old feral) Tedward in to have some chin acne looked at, along with testing and vaccines. Overall great experience. Pleasantly surprised how Kind and knowledgeable staff was. I was also given lower cost options for Teddy as well. Dr. Wallek was wonderful, explained things thoroughly, and didn't act rushed for time (something that happens at many vets I've been to). What would have cost me around 500$ was less than $300. I'm very happy. Teddy has a microchip and is fully my kitty now!

Took my cat here, they took her back into the room and I herd yowling. They never acted like they cared about me or my cat and the staff was gossiping in front of the customers. Not sure how they treated my cat but luckily last time I left they didn't even bother setting up another appointment so I won't be back.

Well.. I wish I could leave a positive review, however, I am heartbroken by my experience. We felt like we had won the lottery when they had an opening over the holidays. We boarded 3 cats over the holidays and the day before pick up they called to let me know my male cat had been overgrooming and created a sore ... I told them to treat him no questions asked.... I thought everything was fine...Then the day of pick up happened. On arrival they asked me if they could treat the male cat for overgrooming and I explained I had already given consent. When they brought the babies to me I thought everything was fine.We got home and my fluffy female was not acting herself. The days that followed have brought vet visits and bills. They ALL have an upper respiratory infection. They were suppose to get their shots for boarding and when I called back they told me they got them WHEN WE PICKED THEM UP !! Furious ?? Understatement but they did not offer much help other than the shots make them feel bad. A week later and I am still spending money at a vet to fix the respiratory infections they got while boarding and NOT receiving vaccines until we left. Why didn't someone explain it is not a good idea to do vaccines and board? Why did they get them when we left? Why have they been no help when I called back to get input??? No response via email from website....Be cautious when going here. ... I am sure the vets are qualified but the staff could definitely be more resourceful and friendly.

on 7/9/24 took our dog to the vet for a bad reaction to new heart worm meds. They gave him a shot of something, never told us what it was. 2 hours later he has heart attack & dies. call them up & tell them they killed our dog. They ask to do a autopsy. she calls us & tells us she so sorry she screwed up. Good news they only charged me a 1000.00 bucks. there are very evil people in the world & most of them work there.

Please, never take a pet there. I can hardly write this due to tears. My dogs have always been rescues. Normally I went to VSO to be with them when it was 'time'. VSO was so sweet and made it 100% peaceful. This last time took my doggie to this Everhart place as it was a little cheaper and very close. My dog suffered terribly as they stuck a HUGE amount of white stuff in a syringe into her leg. Her last look at me was desperate, scared and obviously so so painful. This has NEVER happened at VCO. This place had to know how bad it could be as they had a tech with the vet. At VCO, where I usually go for this sad procedure, they didn't have or need a tech to hold doggie down due to terrible pain. On top of that, they spent so much time trying to upsale while my dog was in another room. I won't go on...but my advice is do not go there. They do not even have a place for reviews on their own website either....

The staff and doctors at this location love their patients and try their hardest to make sure your fur babies get well quick. They typically follow up to see how patients are and really listen to your concerns.
